Its a pretty high climb up the hill with a wonderful view.
We absolutly didn’t experience any trouble buying tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a day trip to Capri because we were staying at amalfi and we thought it was a must. Honestly Capri is not as cool as everyone says. To me and my boyfriend it was just another Italian town with cute souvenir and clothe shops you can find at any town in Italy. It was very overpriced in my opinion as well and with too many people. Everyone has to wear a mask, which is great because of Covid, but too crowded. I would say it’s not a place you have to visit. There are far more interesting places to explore and not for 35 euros for a boat ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ferries out to here cost a fair bit of money but the island is so beautiful so if you can afford it, I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Island definitely worth going with beautiful scenery and amazing food! Take the round the island tour on a boat to have the best experience. Try the gelato on the island as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother. By the time you get through the line of people to get the ticket and board the train, you'll be up by foot for free with nice views of the city (15 min walk).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the amazing islands in italy, I fell in love with this island, it’s easily accessible by the boat from Napoli. It has different transportation to visit every area, either by bus or boat or taxi. It has many nice restaurants. Prices are higher than in Napoli however the view is sooo beautiful. The beaches are nice, the water is crystal clear. It’s a must see if you visit Napoli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect this place to be cheap; it isn't! This is just the gateway to Capri, and sadly a great many people don't venture any further.
If you do go inland and have a look around there are some beautiful spots that make up for the business of the marina and there are some very good, relatively cheap restaurants.
