R	Ralf Schaub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented a 40 HP boat, which turned out to be not necessary due to the waves. 25 hp would have sufficed. Overall I can recommend banana sport to do your own boat tour around the island.
N	Nauris Serna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a long read, but I wanted to take some time to review this enterprise: Got handed couple of booklets when boarding the ferry from Sorrento, but this business stood out. The map had the highlights of the Capri island, the rental location, all of the pricing layed out and options well explained. All in a simplified and fun way and my sons giggle at banana actually drew my first attention. So at the arrival I went straight looking for the place and rejected all of the countless boat rental offers. At the desk a young girl greeted, spoke good English, took a good care of us since they were really busy and we had no reservation. Impeccable sales skills. A young gentleman took care of formalities, excellent manners and good English also. Even advised on return ferry options if we're late. Then, before taking the boat out, what seemed the owner of the business walked through some safety briefing, all well and patiently explained in good and simple English. The same young girl advised on the best route and points of interest. Well trained lads brought us up in open waters for some quick trial and we were off to one of the best highlights of our holiday. Well done! We were a little rushed on our way back and never asked if it's a family business which it appears to be and hopefully will prosper. After everyone in this part of Italy trying to hide the cost these guys were a bit of fresh breath with their honest approach as all of the costs, options and extras were well explained.

I called the day before and spoke to Rafael- he kindly reserved me a boat for my family for the next day - €80 for 2 hours plus fuel. When we arrived (next to the ferry port) we were given simple clear instructions on how to use the boat. The map provided is good as shows places to stop to anchor off and swim etc.only fault I could make - there's lots of boats on the water - we were unsure the 'rule of the sea' aggressive fast boats don't give u any time to make decision which side to pass on. Being English I just went with the flow only to experience an unhappy Finnish chap with a fast rib boat that I cut across him! All in an unforgettable experience - the waters of Capri are stunning - you see much more from the water. Fully recommend 'Indiana Jones' !!

Good course on operating the boat and how to navigate the waves safely. We had a great time, though getting back took us a little longer because there was so much ferry traffic at the Port we had to wait out.
V	Victoria Gadd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best choice for our day in Capri - the freedom of the boat was fantastic and we got to swim completely free of other tourists. Boat was easy to drive and riding the bigger boats waves was an extra thrill - probably not great if you have small children. We did get pulled into the awful tourist trap of the blue grotto - I'd recommend skipping this if you've hired a boat as it completely sucks up your time. The rest of the island water is just as beautiful. Great experience!

I will note or advise people to bring there own ice and snorkeling gear as nothing is provided. They do provide ice packs but that's not enough to keep a full cooler cold. I would personally spend the extra $30 and upgrade to the larger rubber boat, much better ride and more space! With those tips you will enjoy your rental!

We learnt to steer the boat and could anchor it anywhere so we can jump right off into the green clear water! We went around Capri and that took us approximately 3 hours including stopping for short swims at the green cave and some other beaches.
