Paid 480? for 4 hours guided tour, we found ourselves at the pier two hours later because of the rough seas per captain. There was no guidance, all he told us was that we were unlucky to be out at the sea that day. Grotto was closed that day which no one informed us before taking our money.
company profoundly refused to make up for other two hours or give a partial credit back. There are lot of other companies doing same for lot cheaper do yourselves a favor and avoid Vincenzo company.

He was super kind, I asked a million questions and he was so patient and explained me all the things about the boat and the tips to take the best of the tour around the island. The dinghy was clean and easy to drive for a beginner like me, I had a blast touring around the island and Vincenzo was always available on the phone when I had some doubts while I was touring. The price was definitely affordable. Totally recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our guide knew everything about the island as well as taking us to some hidden swimming place. The line to get into the Blue Grotto was crazy long so we didn't want to stop by there. Highly recommend Vincenzo Capri Boats if you want to have a private boat experience in Capri.
