★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato Danilo Capri su instagram per un giro dell'isola e ci ha offerto vari pacchetti, il tour è stato davvero spettacolare le barche sono pulite hanno bibite e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling. Inoltre abbiamo organizzato con lui anche un pic nic a bordo e altri 2 giorni in barca, alla fine ci ha organizzato anche il transfer con la barca fino a napoli.
professionalità e gentilezza. Abbiamo anche avuto problemi con la prenotazione di un noto ristorante caprese e Danilo ci ha risolto il problema.
 We contacted Danilo Capri on instagram for a tour of the island and he offered us various packages, the tour was truly spectacular the boats are clean they have drinks and snorkeling gear. We also organized with him a picnic on board and another 2 days on the boat, in the end he also organized the transfer by boat to Naples.
professionalism and kindness. We also had problems booking a well known Capri restaurant and Danilo solved the problem for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told snorkeling gear would be provided. Only a child's mask was on the boat. If I had know that ahead of time, I would have made sure my twin 15 year old sons had masks and anyone else in our group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible communication and service. We booked the boat weeks in advance. It rained that morning so we weren’t sure a boat ride would be possible. We called their office numerous times and sent an email. No response. After a while they finally picked up and said “oh - it’s raining so we are cancelling.” It would have been nice if they had called or emailed us with a notification. We booked the boat again for the next day and arrived at the Positano port at the scheduled time only to wait. Again, we called several times before they finally picked up and said “water is too rough so it’s cancelled.” Other boat tours were taking off so we were left waiting at the port. Again, we would have expected a polite call or email from the company to let us know they would not be showing up. We took the ferry to Capri and tried to locate their office but it doesn’t seem like they have a professional set up. Do not book if you are looking for a dependable company. Work with your hotel to book a boat tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife took the selfie tour, for an hour and it was amazing! The skipper was nice and kind, he told us a bit about the history of the places we visited and he also made us a few pictures too, which we appreciated! Overall we were very satisfied and we hardly wait to come again to Capri and take another tour! Would recommend this to anyone, it's the best way to get awesome memories from Capri!

My husband and I took the 3 hour sunset tour 48H ago and we can't recommend it enough. It really felt like a dream. Toni was very nice and patient (he even kindly offered to take pictures of us). Thanks to him, we had one of the best time of our life and created memories we'll never forget.
Capri is incredible inside and out and Capri Boat Service is the best way to discover it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went to Capri for our Honeymoon and our main excursion was a 3 hour boat tour with Capri Boat Service. Let me be as clear as possible, this was probably one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. Our boat guide was not only hilarious, kind and patient but was also willing to explain every area and stop and take pictures for us. Danilo, the man in charge, is a profesional and his business is an excursion that everybody needs to do. I recommend the 3 hour personal boat tour, it takes you all around the island and has stops at the Blue Grotto and every other major landmark. Take my word on this, you’ll love every second of it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get better boat rides with another company. We booked 4 hours boat ride, but actually had 2.5 hours because the skipper kept stopping and parking in random places, when he knew that we have no desire to swim. When we had over 1 hour left, I asked the skipper to ride back to shore through the Faraglioni route (which was shorter and much beautiful way to finish the boat ride), he said "no" and just rushed to finish the boat ride the long and boring way.
We ended our boat ride about 20-30 minutes earlier than we were supposed to. And we actually started late by 15 minutes than the agreed time, because the boat was late.
I had many other boat rides in Italy with different companies, such as Lago di Como and Positano, Amalfi Coast, and they were much better experience and value for the price than this.
Very very disappointed. This company just forwards your order to some boat owners and takes no responsibility in such cases. Didn't even get a proper apology from them.
Think twice before booking with them.
Not recommended at all!
