★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non bastasse lo splendore di Capri a far da cornice, il Capri Sea Service Boat ha reso unico il nostro soggiorno sull'isola. Gozzi storici, estremamente comodi, con tutti i servizi necessari e più a bordo. Rapporto qualitá prezzo eccellente.
Ps: chiedere del Signor Costanzo, marinaio sapiente ed esperto di Capri. Una persona adorabile ed estremamente entusiasta!
If the splendor of Capri were not enough to frame, the Capri Sea Service Boat made our stay on the island unique. Historic goiters, extremely comfortable, with all the necessary services and more on board. Excellent value for money.
Ps: ask for Signor Costanzo, a wise and expert sailor from Capri. A lovely and extremely enthusiastic person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Business is run very poorly- they omitted certain information regarding the cost. When we went to pay at the end, they tried to act as though they couldn’t accept credit cards even though we noticed their credit card reader. The woman then proceeded to say that using credit card reader would incur an extra 20% that she said was stated on the phone call yesterday. She did not say that in the previous discussions. Overall, felt very scammed and taken advantage of.
Fernando our skipper was amazing, though! I hope that he can work for a more upstanding company in the future because he was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our ride with Fernando was fabulous! He was able to show us around the whole island and gave us plenty of time to swim when we wanted to. Thanks for an awesome afternoon, Fernando!
As for the the business part of it, we arranged this ride over the phone the day before and thought we were all good to go with the price of €320 for a 4 hour boat ride. After our ride when we went to pay, we were told that it was cash only which we were NEVER told over the phone. After one friend left to find an ATM we saw a credit card reader and asked the lady about that. She then went on to say that she told us already that we would pay by card but with a 20% up charge. Again, we were NEVER told this but she insisted. We were screwed with ATM fees and a bad exchange rate because none of that information was relayed. We were very bothered by how this was handled after our wonderful ride.
