Nel primo appuntamento, partendo dal budget a nostra disposizione, Marco ci ha accompagnato passo dopo passo nella definizione della cucina più adatta alle nostre esigenze, ci ha accuratamente seguito e consigliato nella scelta dei materiali e nella soluzione tecnica più idonea agli spazi a nostra disposizione. Molto utile e realistico il rendering che ci è stato mostrato in occasione del secondo appuntamento e a quel punto avendo chiaro quale sarebbe stato il risultato finale, si è proceduto all'acquisto senza alcun dubbio. Marco ed Elisa dell'amministrazione ci hanno supportato in modo professionale per fare in modo che le tempistiche di consegna venissero effettivamente rispettate e di questo gliene siamo davvero grati. Il risultato finale è stato davvero all'altezza delle nostre aspettative: la qualità e la robustezza dei materiali della cucina è davvero eccellente e la possibilità di avere un prodotto completamente personalizzato in funzione delle proprie esigenze insieme alla professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia di Marco ed Elisa sono stati quel plus che sicuramente ci fanno consigliare LIFE CUCINE di Settimo.  I would like to thank Life Cucine and specifically Marco Centocchi for the excellent service he offered us. In the first appointment, starting from the budget at our disposal, Marco accompanied us step by step in defining the kitchen that best suited our needs, he carefully followed and advised us in the choice of materials and in the most suitable technical solution for the spaces at our disposal. Very useful and realistic the rendering that was shown to us on the occasion of the second appointment and at that point having clear what the final result would be, we proceeded to purchase without any doubt. Marco and Elisa of the administration supported us in a professional way to make sure that the delivery times were actually respected and we are really grateful to them for this. The final result really lived up to our expectations: the quality and sturdiness of the kitchen materials is truly excellent and the possibility of having a completely customized product according to your needs together with the professionalism, availability and courtesy of Marco and Elisa. they were the plus that surely make us recommend LIFE CUCINE di Settimo. La progettazione è stata buona ma non eccellente, abbiamo individuato per tempo alcuni difetti di progettazione che sarebbero stati gravi ma sono rimasti ancora alcuni difetti. L'installazione è stata ottima, ma il post vendita totalmente assente: per ottenere un componente mancante dopo innumerevoli solleciti abbiamo atteso 10 mesi. Circa la qualità dei materiali sarà il tempo a giudicare, ci pare una qualità buona anche se non ottima. Insomma, per una cucina di importo significativo ci saremmo aspettati una progettazione più attenta e soprattutto un post-vendita di riguardo per il Cliente
We bought a kitchen a year ago (delivered mid-May 2022). The design was good but not excellent, we spotted some design flaws early on that would have been serious but some flaws still remained. The installation was excellent, but the after-sales service was totally absent: to get a missing component after countless reminders we waited 10 months. Regarding the quality of the materials, time will judge, it seems to us a good quality even if not excellent. In short, for a kitchen of a significant amount, we would have expected a more careful design and above all an after-sales service for the customer.

L’esperienza d’acquisto è stata positiva così come il servizio di montaggio. La qualità costruttiva è ottima e durevole. Recentemente si è guastato un componente elettronico del sistema a LED. Ho chiamato il punto vendita e mi hanno assistito ottimamente rendendo subito disponibile il ricambio. La qualità del servizio post vendita del Team Life di Settimo mi ha colpito per efficienza, competenza e affidabilità. Senza dubbio un ottima azienda con prodotti e servizi di qualità.
We bought a Life kitchen in the Settimo showroom almost 4 years ago and it has never given us any problems. The buying experience was positive as was the assembly service. Build quality is excellent and durable. An electronic component of the LED system has recently failed. I called the store and they assisted me very well by making the spare part immediately available. The quality of the after-sales service of the Settimo Team Life struck me for its efficiency, competence and reliability. Undoubtedly an excellent company with quality products and services.
