★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo a livello di personale e assistenza non mi son trovata bene. È stata gentile la "responsabile "? in cassa, con un po' di aiuto, ma le altre due nel reparto per carità. Immaginate dei genitori giovani alle prime armi che devono spendere una fortuna come devono sentirsi NON assistiti da personale simile. Consiglio di assumere persone diverse.
 Unfortunately, in terms of personnel and assistance, I was not happy. Was the "manager" kind? at the cashier, with a little help, but the other two in the department for charity. Imagine novice young parents who have to spend a fortune as they feel they are NOT being looked after by such staff. I recommend hiring different people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Addetta bionda reparto carrozzina davvero scontrosa e scorbutico aveva fretta di mettersi apposto il magazzino e ci dipendeva consigli in modo veloce e con zero interesse sparlando contemporaneamente contro il suo capo ....ma non ci torniamo mai più!

Prezzo in esposizione che non corrisponde a quello in cassa, faccio notare la differenza e mi fanno comunque pagare il prezzo non di esposizione, dicendomi che era già sconato, quando sullo scontrino non è segnalata la promozione!
Se non verificate gli allestimenti prima dell apertura è una vostra mancanza, non è colpa del cliente, che fa la scelta del prodotto in base al prezzo esposto!
Questo mi fa capire che le promozioni che dite di avere sono finte, perché rincarate i prezzi!

Metto una stella proprio perché non mi è consentito metterne ZERO!
Non avevamo la vip card con noi ed abbiamo chiesto per cortesia di guardare l anagrafica. Ci è stato risposto che non avevano l accesso alle anagrafiche COSA NON VERA‼️
Abbiamo chiamato il negozio dove avevamo fatto la vip card quest estate e molto gentilmente la signora che ci ha risposto ci ha dettato il codice rimarcando che tutti i negozi Prenatal hanno l accesso alle anagrafiche.
Siamo rientrate ed abbiamo effettuato l acquisto.
Non fidatevi quando dicono che non hanno l anagrafica. Non è vero!!

We called the shop where we had made the vip card this summer and very kindly the lady who answered us dictated the code, noting that all Prenatal shops have access to the personal data.
We returned and made the purchase.
Don't trust them when they say they have no registry. It's not true!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta di prodotti di qualità a prezzi competitivi, moltissime offerte! Ho tuttavia assegnato solo due stelle in quanto trovo indecente far pagare le confezioni regalo e addirittura i sacchetti con i manici: se mi dovessi rivolgere a chi di dovere credo che mi darebbe ragione perché, vedete, i sacchetti specialmente nascono come veicolo pubblicitario di conseguenza non andrebbe mai richiesto nemmeno un centesimo!!! Io ho pagato 2 euro per una scatolina con sacchettino... Vergogna!!

However, I only assigned two stars as I find it indecent to charge for gift boxes and even bags with handles: if I had to turn to those in charge, I think they would agree with me because, you see, bags especially are born as an advertising vehicle and consequently do not even a penny should never be requested !!! La nostra esperienza è brevissima,in quanto come abbiamo messo mezzo piede in questo esercizio,io mia moglie e il nostro bimbo,siamo stati raggiunti da una personcina,che tra l'altro stava accudendo due clienti,ci si fionda incontro alla porta come se fosse un kapò chiedendoci il green pass
Credo che la sua arroganza sia stata un po' eccessiva così siamo usciti
Ora una considerazione...
Io posso non averlo,oppure averlo e non essere aggredito come se per certo io volessi invadere un luogo off limit
Forse qualcuno di dovere dovrebbe ricordare alla signora bionda che in malo modo ci ha accolto,che i miei soldi sarebbero potuti servire per pagare una parte della bolletta della luce o del riscaldamento del suo posto di lavoro, cosicché il suo negozio possa continuare ad avere un giusto introito per poter pagare il suo stipendio
Comunque le pappe per il mio bimbo le ho acquistate lo stesso su Amazon
e mi arrivano fino a casa
a costo zero
e guarda guarda ho scoperto che costano pure assai meno
0,52 centesimi a vasetto contro i 0,72 centesimi del costo in negozio Prenatal settimo cielo verificato ad oggi sul loro sito ufficiale
Concludo sconsigliando vivamente questo esercizio per i prezzi così alti rispetto al mercato e invito la signora bionda a pensare che se non entrano soldini nel suo negozio,in un futuro molto prossimo qualcuno potrebbe mettere a lei alla porta

Servizio nel negozio non particolarmente curato, offerta prodotti discreta ma non molto ricca.
