★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e per niente disponibile, volevo fare un cambio di merce, che non hanno accettato, quindi mi tengo la camicia ,che a mio figlio sta piccola in quanto era un regalo, non credo di ritornare in quel negozio.
Rude and not at all helpful staff, I wanted to change goods, which they did not accept, so I keep my shirt, which my son is small as it was a gift, I don't think I'll go back to that shop.

Peccato solo che, a della delle commesse, la politica del negozio non consente di "svestire" i manichini nel caso la taglia che interessa non è più disponibile e l'unico rimasto è proprio indossato dal manichino!!!! L'hanno scorso mi è successo con un abito da cerimonia.. e alla fine dopo mooooolta insistenza sono riuscita a convincere la commessa che ha svestito il manichino.. oggi mi è successa la stessa cosa ma la commessa è stata irremovibile.. cioè fatemi capire: piuttosto che svetire i manichini non vendete i capi???????

Last year it happened to me with a formal dress .. and in the end after sooooo insistence I managed to convince the saleswoman who undressed the mannequin .. today the same thing happened to me but the saleswoman was adamant .. that is, let me understand: rather than svetare the mannequins do not sell the garments ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danno informazioni errate sui cambi merce, (30gg) al 17 gg solo per cambiare la taglia è stato impossibile!! Sicuramente non farò più acquisti in questo negozio!!! E visto che il sabato e la domenica non fanno cambi non devono essere conteggiati come giorni della settimana!!!!!!
