★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo uno Store ufficiale Diadora Utility mi aspettavo di trovare un vasto assortimento di modelli e taglie. Invece ho trovato ben poco...e solo di taglie molto piccole o molto grandi.
Anche i prezzi si sono rivelati addirittura superiori ai piccoli negozi che vendono questo marchio.
Esperienza negativa
Being an official Diadora Utility Store, I expected to find a vast assortment of models and sizes. Instead I found very little ... and only very small or very large sizes.
Prices also turned out to be even higher than the small shops selling this brand.

Ho comprato qualche giorno fa un paio di scarpe antinfortunistiche. Avendole provate a lavoro tuttavia mi sono accorto che non fossero le scarpe giuste per me in quanto scomode. Le ho riportate indietro per effettuarne il cambio e innanzitutto mi è stato fatto notare che le solette in gel che avevo acquistato per sostituire quelle in dotazione alle scarpe non avevano la confezione, ma il bello è che quest'ultima era stata buttata proprio dai commessi al momento dell'acquisto. Dopodiché si sono rintanati 10 minuti buoni nel retro del negozio con la scusa di chiamare il responsabile (per un semplice cambio tra l'altro) per poi tornare fuori con la sentenza che le scarpe non potevano essere più cambiate in quanto utilizzate sul lavoro e quindi non rivendibili. Il dettaglio su cui non potevano transigere era proprio la colorazione blu lasciata dalle loro solette all'interno della scarpa, come se la scarsa qualità dei loro prodotti fosse una mia colpa. Per non bastare a mo' di sfottò mi è stato detto che se le scarpe fossero state lacerate, il fatto si sarebbe potuto far passare come difetto di fabbricazione...sono senza parole...VIVAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO

I brought them back to make the change and first of all I was pointed out that the gel insoles I had purchased to replace the ones supplied with the shoes did not have the package, but the beauty is that the latter had been thrown away by the shop assistants. time of purchase. Then they holed up a good 10 minutes in the back of the shop with the excuse of calling the manager (for a simple change among other things) and then returned outside with the sentence that the shoes could no longer be changed as they were used at work and therefore not resalable. In order not to be teasing enough, I was told that if the shoes had been torn, the fact could have been passed off as a manufacturing defect ... I'm speechless ... STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
