Appena entrata uno scorbutica e poco gentile commessa alla mia richiesta se aveva modelli mi ha detto quello che vede è qui ...alle mie rimostranze sul prezzo mi hanno luquidato dicendo che era a prezzo pieno e la collega aveva sbagliato!! Io sono una commerciante ed una commessa così non la vorrei per nessun motivo al mondo.....per carità...avrei dovuto fare le mie rimostranze pur dicendo almeno di correggere i prezzi è certo che non ci tornerò mai più ..... Today I bought a men's shoulder bag in the window it was discounted at 30% pity that at the checkout the price was full !!! As soon as I entered a grumpy and unkind saleswoman at my request if she had models she told me what she sees is here ... to my complaints about the price I was liquidated by saying that it was full price and the colleague was wrong !! I am a trader and I would not want a saleswoman like this for any reason in the world ..... for heaven's sake ... I should have made my complaints while saying at least to correct the prices it is certain that I will never go back ... ..

Pessime, non si tratta così la clientela! Staff completely rude, when I went there were two girls at the cashier, they didn't say hello at the entrance, much less when we went out, in fact it was I who had to say "thank you" first and then say "good evening". Very bad, this is not the case with customers!

Mi sono girata verso le persone con cui ero e l'ho vista ,alle loro spalle, fare facce ed essere poi scazzata con noi negli atteggiamenti. È vero noi avevo due bambine che purtroppo essendo piccole magari hanno animato la nostra entrata in negozio ,ma ciò non toglie come vada trattato il cliente ! Lavoro a contatto col pubblico anche io e, che compri o meno, il cliente deve trovare un atteggiamento che invogli a tornare in quel negozio. "Noi" ne siamo l'immagine! (Specifico che abbiamo comprato) I passed in the afternoon around 6pm and unfortunately I regret making a negative review on the girl in the shop. I turned to the people I was with and saw her, behind them, making faces and then being fooled with us in attitudes. It is true we had two girls who unfortunately being small maybe animated our entry into the shop, but this does not detract from how the customer should be treated! I also work in contact with the public and, whether they buy or not, the customer must find an attitude that encourages them to return to that shop. "We" are its image! (Specific that we bought)
