★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, appena entrate nel negozio io e le mie amiche abbiamo salutato cortesemente la commessa la quale non ha nemmeno ricambiato. Al momento del pagamento non ci ha guardato in faccia e nemmeno salutato all'uscita del negozio. Quando sono entrate altre due persone (madre e figlia) lei e corsa a prestare il suo aiuto salutandole calorosamente, basandosi su dei pregiudizi inesistenti. Vorrei specificare che la ragazza in questione è di bassa minuta e bionda.
Servizio pessimo, non torneremo mai più in questo negozio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi da outlet solo su alcuni capi e quindi finti sconti..!! Conviene di più comprare 'on line' o nei negozi Yamamay almeno c'è la promo 4+1 gratis. In questo negozio in particolare un giorno dicono che la fanno un giorno se la rimangiano parlano di merce continuativa che è venduta a prezzo di negozio normale e la basica che è differente ma senza sconti.! Non ti fanno portare più di 6 capi in camerino per regolamento e se una persona è sola e non ha nessuno da tenerglieli le commesse ti fanno attendere tutto il giorno portandoteli con il contagocce creandoti disagio e ti devi ricordare tu cosa avevi preso da parte per misurare e chiederglielo quindi è capace che se ti dimentichi te li vendano pure. Se ti lamenti della situazione ti trattano male invece di cercare un compromesso. In particolare la commessa bassa magra con i capelli corti rosa dall'esperienza che ho avuto è stata parecchio maleducata, insistente e da mettermi solo ansia. Le altre commesse son state piu normali alcune cassiere anche gentili. Tengo a sottolineare che in più giorni vicini ho pure acquistato per 350 euro di cose e non credo di meritare un trattamento simile, a parte che non lo merita nessuno a prescindere. Ricordo che il mondo è pieno di disoccupati che talvolta sarebbero anche più professionali.

If you complain about the situation, they treat you badly instead of trying to compromise. In particular, the short skinny saleswoman with short pink hair from the experience I had was quite rude, insistent and to put me only anxiety. The other orders were more normal, some cashiers were also kind. I would like to emphasize that in several days I also bought things for 350 euros and I don't think I deserve a similar treatment, apart from the fact that nobody deserves it regardless. I remember that the world is full of unemployed people who are sometimes even more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una settimana fa ci siamo recati con mia moglie che ha acquistato tre reggiseni con lo sconto, la commessa tanto gentile che ci a detto che se c'era qualche problema lo cambiavano visto che eravamo clienti. Come può essere che in una settimana si sono rovinati ? Oggi siamo andati con lo scontrino e le ragazze due cafone ci anno risposto che non effettuano cambio perché dobbiamo tornare quando c'è la responsabile. Voi pensate che io ci metterò più piede la dentro anzi parlerò male con tutti. Mi riferisco al pomeriggio del 14//03/22.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro nel negozio saluto le ragazze impegnate nei loro discorsi chiedo gentilmente il cambio di due reggiseni che ho acquistato circa dieci giorni fa, le commesse scocciate dicono subito di no che la merce non può essere cambiata perché era merce in promozione però io volevo il cambio in quanto era merce fallata. Mi dicono che chiamano la responsabile, a seguito di telefonata che non so se è stata effettuata perché si scaricavano una con l'altra in quanto dicevano che non sopportavano la responsabile. Mi sento dire di tornare mercoledì ma voi pensate che io ci rimetterò più piede in quel negozio?
