A vegetarian, an omnivore or anyone else could find a dish suitable for those who eat with awareness. Everything was prepared on the spot and obviously offered a supply of customers to the neighboring organic supermarket. NaturaSì has upset this natural balance, abandoning the aforementioned logic, proposing a standard and limited menu, qualitatively good, but apparently similar to that of a bar that heats frozen dishes in the microwave. Will this have brought in fewer customers? To my impression, yes, and it is likely that this was the cause of the closure of the restaurant. The staff is low compared to the amount of work, which makes me assume that Naturasi is very interested in making money and not very interested in ethics / environment / employees / customers. Three stars were lost in the transition from the Nat & Bio brand to the NaturaSi brand: the variety of proposals for lunch has greatly reduced; the highest quality products in the store have disappeared (some types of pasta, biscuits and crackers); the subdivision of products based on the type of grain has disappeared and everything is mixed; in the restaurant area comes a tiramisu produced who knows where, while before their kitchen baked wonderful tiramisu produced on the spot by the chefs, I wonder how many other delicacies have been lost. In the transition to NaturaSi I felt only one positive element: the coffee at the bar is better than before, otherwise Naturasi was a big disappointment.

Apart from the high price for a very simple breakfast at the bar of course ... What I just don't accept is the lack of control of the Green Pass .... We won't be back for that reason ....
