Dopo due mesi attendo ancora la risoluzione di alcuni gravi problemi (tipo che mi manca, tra gli altri, la colonna forno e il top isola) e non si sa a chi rivolgersi. Manifestano sempre la volonta di sistemare tutto ma non sono capaci di risolvere i miei problemi. Chiamo in negozio e mi danno il numero di Torino. Chiamo Torino e e nessuno risponde, stessa cosa con le e-mail. Fanno tutti scarica barile. Sono gentili solo quando devono vendere e dicono un sacco di bugie e per di più ti cambiano gli ordini,casualmente ordini una cosa e te ne arriva un'altra nella migliore delle ipotesi oppure se te ne accorgi devi acquistare altra roba con maggiore esborso perché "fuori produzione". Sono venuti gia due volte con roba ammaccata o mancante. Non si rendono conto che non risolvere questi problemi impedisce ad una famiglia di vivere serenamente. Per il piano a induzione hanno impiegato circa un mese per farmelo arrivare e me lo hanno montato sul top sbagliato, non collegato. Non consiglio a nessuno di rivolgersi a questo negozio per i propri acquisti, io sicuramente non lo farò più e ora mi sono rivolto ad un avvocato della Conf consumatori. They are kind only when they have to sell and they tell a lot of lies and on top of that they change your orders, you randomly order one thing and you get another at best or if you notice it you have to buy other stuff with higher outlay because " out of production". They've come twice already with dented or missing stuff. They don't realize that not solving these problems prevents a family from living peacefully. For the induction hob, it took about a month for me to arrive and they mounted it on the wrong top, not connected. I do not recommend anyone to contact this shop for their purchases, I certainly will not do it again and now I have turned to a lawyer of the Consumer Conf.
S	Sergio Arrò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ molto negativa, in quanto dopo un ordine di un armadio su misura (06/09/2019) pagato interamente con sovrapprezzo il 04/10/19, arrivato 12/10/19 risultava con 6 ante sbagliate di misura, 1 cappello rotto, 1 piano sbagliato, 3 piani mancanti. Chiaramente tutti molto evasivi, dopo varie mail, forse arrivano a fine novembre in negozio poi da consegnare. Praticamente soldi presi subito, merce non avuta e assistenza nulla. very negative, because after an order of a custom cabinet (06/09/2019) paid in full with the surcharge at 10/4/19, arrived 12/10/19 it resulted with 6 wrong measurement doors, 1 broken hat, 1 wrong plan, 3 plans missing. Clearly all very evasive, after several emails, perhaps they arrive at the end of November in the store and then to be delivered. Practically money taken immediately, goods not had and nothing assistance.

Si sono dati alla macchia, non rispondono alle chiamate e messaggi. La sede è Castione Andevenno. Se non acquistate è meglio! Horrible!!! The measurements of a made-to-measure kitchen were completely wrong. Even today I wait from the 15th of August. They have gone into hiding, do not answer calls and messages. Resoconto della mia horror story: Hanno spinto perché firmassi prima del 21 dicembre promettendo consegna e montaggio prima della fine di Gennaio. I mobili del bagno sono arrivati il 18 Febbraio, di dimensioni sbagliate (troppo lunghi) e con disegno e funzionalità non standard. Tutto questo nonostante istruzioni molto chiare e un dialogo continuo con il costruttore. Risultato: mobiletti non montati, necessità di tagliare il top lasciando una parte di HDF visibile e esposta e quindi permeabile a infiltrazioni d’acqua. Persino i montatori sono stati allibiti dagli errori e sviste in fase di progettazione e di costruzione. Al farlo notare alla responsabile e alla arredatrice hanno cercato, in successione: - di scaricare la colpa ai costruttori per aver costruito mobili più corti - di scaricare la colpa al mio architetto per non aver controllato e corretto i progetti dell’arredatore della Lube/Brescia Mobili o Cascella Mobili - di scaricare la colpa sul personale venuto a montare - di scaricare la colpa (sorpresa sorpresa) su di me per aver osato protestare di non avere il bagno per il quale sono stato fatturato. Orribile gestione dei costruttori, del personale e soprattutto del cliente. Arroganza, imprecisioni e pochissima professionalità unite a una assurda e quasi surreale riluttanza ad assumersi responsabilità di errori. Terrible. I recommend staying away from this shop. I agree with many of the other reviews below. Report of my horror story: They pushed for me to sign before December 21st promising delivery and assembly before the end of January. The bathroom furniture arrived on February 18th, wrong size (too long) and with non-standard design and functionality. All this despite very clear instructions and dialogue I continue with the manufacturer. Result: unassembled cabinets, the need to cut the top leaving a part of HDF visible and exposed and therefore permeable to water infiltrations. Even the fitters were stunned by mistakes and oversights in the design and construction phases. Upon pointing this out to the manager and the interior designer, they sought, in succession: - to blame the builders for building shorter furniture - to blame my architect for not having checked and corrected the plans of the interior designer of Lube / Brescia Mobili or Cascella Mobili - to place the blame on the personnel who came to assemble - to place the blame (surprise surprise) on me for daring to protest that I don't have the bathroom for which I was billed. Horrible management of builders, staff and especially the customer. Arrogance, inaccuracies and very little professionalism combined with an absurd and almost surreal reluctance to take responsibility for mistakes.
