Ho avuto un sacco di disguidi solo per colpa sua. I montatori invece, esterni al negozio, sono bravissimi. Nothing to say about the Lube kitchen, excellent quality but if I went back I would turn to another store. D. Unprofessional decorator. I've had a lot of trouble just because of him. The fitters, on the other hand, outside the shop, are very good.

È venuta lei di persona a prendere le misure e poi ha dato la colpa a mio marito che ha firmato i fogli con le misure.ci siamo messi d accordo che avrei pagato un ulteriore prezzo per farla venire con i pensili della misura corretta, peccato che quando sono venuti a montare l angolo della cucina e il pensile sopra il pensile era arrivato del colore sbagliato.sono passati ormai ben più di 5mesi e io non ho la cucina ancora apposto..una volta mi manda dei pensili giusti di misura ma sbagliati di colore,e per giustificarsi giustamente dici che la colpa non è sua..e aspetto di nuovo altri 2 mesi ..e via dicendo... mezz'ora fa mi doveva arrivare di nuovo un pezzo con fianco del colore della cucina giusto, e arrivato ma peccato che per la parte della gola il pezzo e arrivato di nuovo errato.quindi adesso devo di nuovo attendere che mi mettono apposto la gola ci vogliono di nuovo mesi di attesa .li mando un messaggio per dirgli che a un pensile della cucina e giusto ma manca la gola per l apertura e lei mi risponde"ora non sono in negozio,torno il 25"..ma io mi chiedo?!?! Ma si può chiamare questa persona una responsabile??con tutti questi sbagli??e per finire il discorso i montatori penso che sono venuti 4 5 volte per far assistenza alla cucina. La qualità dei mobili è eccellente peccato che lo staff non sia allo stesso livello. Abbiamo avuto mille problemi. La merce è arrivata a Luglio 2020, dopo più di 6 mesi dall'ordine e per di più incompleta. Siamo andati avanti per più di un anno. Ad ogni consegna mancava sempre un pezzo. Una barzelletta!!! Dopo quasi un anno dalla consegna del bagno, il top del lavandino ha cominciato a gonfiarsi. Abbiamo chiamato più volte il negozio e la risposta è stata sempre la stessa : "mandi un email" . Mai nessuna risposta. Alle chiamate successive rispondevano sempre che l'arredatrice non lavorava più in quel negozio! Pazzesco! Morale della favola? Dopo un anno, 5 chiamate e 3 email abbiamo ancora il top del bagno da buttare. Non comprate in quel negozio! Metto 1 stella perché 0 non si può mettere! After a year, 5 calls and 3 emails we still have the bathroom top to throw away. Don't buy in that shop! I put 1 star because 0 can't be put!

Eppure ho comprato mobili per 30.000 euro circa. Di contro sono molto efficienti a chiedere soldi. Mai più. Kitchen delivered incomplete at the end of September. Arriva un venditore, ci chiede come vogliamo le maniglie, il tipo di cucina se moderna o classica, poi ci fa accomodare e senza farci scegliere né materiale, né colori, ma inserendo lui tutto standard, ci fa vedere una composizione tipo. Avendo dietro una piantina dettagliata della casa gli chiedo se è possibile vedere altre composizioni, ci prova, ma secondo lui una linea standard è la migliore. Peccato che la casa sia mia. Giunta ora del preventivo, ci viene fatto vedere a pc il totale e qua viene il bello. Se volete che parli con la mia titolare per gli sconti e il preventivo finito dovete fermare la cucina. Ops, sicuro che sia una buona strategia, no pessima, sembra un ricatto.
