great camp site in a wonderful environment BUT the electric is a bad joke. 600 watt. the wifi is a bad joke. the reception is a bad joke. the water in the shower is cold. the supermarket is a bad joke. the bread is sold out at 9.00 am. that s the reason why the camp site is empty obviously. they missed the opportunity to make it great. they had all chances to do that, but there is no willing at all.

I found Lido Camping Village well situated by the Lake Bolsena. Was not equipped with water and electricity. The shower worked for only three minutes with the token that cost 1 Euro. However when returning my unused token, I only got back 50 cents from the older lady. I didn't say anything. One hour billiard was E 10. Had to pay for the pool every half day. Didn't like they were asking for cash. Tennis also. Pay for every little thing. Firenze Camping had unlimited shower, swimming pool, electricity and water on every site included. So, we were not happy.

There are 1 set of toilets on the whole camp site and a 5 minute wall from bar/restaurant and swimming pool area. We had to leave the restaurant in order to take our 5 year old to the toilet, when we came back over 10/15 mins later, obviously food was cold. You have to pay extra for the swimming pool. 7 euro for the 3 of us for 1 day and it is closed for 2 hrs in the afternoon, plus you have to leave to use the toilet! ( because of this I am sure lots of people just pee in the pool!). It costs 1 euro for 4 mins worth of showers. You have to carry toilet paper, soap and towel around with you as they don't supply any! Access to the lake is nice bit that's about it! Children's play area was adequate though some rides broken. We won't be visiting this one again.

One toilet block 5 minutes walk from the bar / restaurant. While we were having a drink on the waters edge at 5.00 p.m. an employee came round hosing the patio covering everyone in water and litter. Music still pumping out at 11.30 p.m. and no sign of it finishing. Not a good experience, sorry.

Rented one of the appartment near the lake; very very old fashioned, dated, incomplete, very poor interior, ild and demolished bunk beds in the 6 person version, big room 2,2*3,5 meters, amazing bad kitchen, very dated bathroom. But clean. And thats good.

More a 3 star then a 4. Only one set of bathroom facilities very nice but no toilet paper no soap for washing hands, like in any 4*, 5 minutes timer for shower for 50c euro. No activities, they say due to covid, but we have been in other campings at the very same period and same rules and they all offer amenities. The football pitch is closed, market is decent, but if you want some meat need to walk a 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket. Lake is clean and you can swim. Swimming pool access is not free.

Don't mind the one star reviews down below ??. They are plain nonsense. This campsite is really great. We had a great experience and will definitely return if we're back in the area. We visited in September. Here are my pros and cons / suggestions to enhance comfort. Pros: ➕ Nice spacious pitches with lots of shade ➕ Next to the lake which is great for swimming (great view from our pitch) ➕ Very quiet at night ➕ Very nice and helpful staff ➕ The sanitary facilities are absolutely top notch (see my photo's) ?? ✅ Amazing showers ✅ Clean ✅ Lots of toilets, sinks and showers available ✅ Background music ? ✅ Plenty of hot water throughout the day ✅ Spacious Cons / suggestions: ➖ No water taps on the campground ➖ No soap in sanitary building Thank you team Lido for a great stay at your camping ?

Probably a 3 1/2 star as this does have lots to offer. Great location, super clean toilet, showers, laundry, wash up area. We were there and it wasn’t busy so think pitch size was ok. But a little over priced, paid €30 to stay in a pitch with better power supply, plugged in and popped circuits. No soap, toilet paper, pay €1 for shower, first one I pick didn’t work. Big pool but not open when we were there.
