Abbiamo mangiato cose particolari mai assaggiate prima, come i Talli di Aglio e gli spaghetti con battuta di pesce di lago. Mi aspettavo di più dal tagliere di formaggi (evitatelo). 35€ A beautiful, quiet place, outside the casino, with a spectacular view. We ate special things we have never tasted before, such as Talli di Aglio and spaghetti with fish from the lake. I expected more from the cheese platter (avoid it). € 35

Der Weg hierhin hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Sollten wir also wieder einmal in der Gegend sein, hier würden wir wieder einkehren. We really felt at home here. The food was delicious, the view fantastic and the owners super nice. The way here was definitely worth it. So should we ever be in the area again, this is where we would come back.

È un ristorante o una trattoria o una osteria... non saprei, ma è certo che i fagioli del Purgatorio con cipolla ed olio buono erano magnifici, la Ribollita di Bolsena SU PER BA, il Coregone perfetto e poi vieni coccolato, ritornando bimbo, con il dolce che è ricotta di capra con cannella e miele. Il vino te lo cerchi fra le bottiglie in esposizione, non cercare etichette ma sono tutte proposte oneste. Ti inerpichi in una piccola stradina che sbuca in mezzo agli ulivi.... e pensi... mi sono perso.. no no sei arrivato in una chicca dove vieni coccolato. Wonderful location with a wonderful view of Lake Bolsena. It's a restaurant or a trattoria or a tavern ... I don't know, but it is certain that the beans from Purgatory with onion and good oil were magnificent, the Ribollita di Bolsena SU PER BA, the perfect Whitefish and then you are pampered, returning as a child, with the dessert which is goat ricotta with cinnamon and honey. You are looking for wine among the bottles on display, do not look for labels but they are all honest proposals. You climb up a small road that comes out among the olive trees .... and you think ... I am lost .. no no you have arrived in a gem where you are pampered.

La qualità e buona e la location è meravigliosa. Una veduta mozzafiato sul lago di Bolsena, seduti sotto un portico al fresco delle colline adiacenti il lago. I piatti sono semplici ma buonissimi e soprattutto fatti al momento. Prendete nota della Tana dell'Orso perché è un posto che se lo provate sicuramente ne resterete soddisfatti. I would not be able to define it if an inn, a tavern, a restaurant or a simple house where the family and prince management, where the chef Bruno cooks really delicious local dishes and where those 15/20 covers are pampered by real guests. The quality is good and the location is wonderful. A breathtaking view of Lake Bolsena, sitting under a porch in the cool of the hills adjacent to the lake. The dishes are simple but delicious and above all made at the moment. Take note of the Tana dell'Orso because it is a place that if you try it you will surely be satisfied.

Si mangia cucina casereccia tipica locale con prodotti tipici di qualità. Propietari gentili ed accoglienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato per chi non ha troppe pretese e vuole mangiare i piatti tipici cucinati secondo tradizione. A small Osteria located on the Bolsena hill in the immediate vicinity of the Via Francigena and the famous Pietre Lanciate. We eat typical local home cooking with typical quality products. Kind and welcoming owners. Excellent value for money. Recommended for those who do not have too many pretensions and want to eat typical dishes cooked according to tradition.
