★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant continues to improve. A few years ago it was a bit of a greasy spoon but of ingredients and cooking have both got much better. Recommended. Having not been here for nearly two years, they observed covid regulations without fuss. The food continues to improve and the service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view and was a little sceptical with the food at first given the location. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the fish, the tasty pasta and the superb service. The etc etc white wine is just ideal to help with the food. Go there in the evening for a meal with sunset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Bolsena for a weekend in January on our way to Rome. If you want to sample authentic local cuisine this is a must visit. Huge variety and delicious selections on the menu made it difficult to decide but our Italian hosts who took us there knew exactly what to have and it was amazing. Unfortunately one of our orders didnt turn up but we were a table of 10 and the restaurant was very, very busy. The food, wine and amazing location made up for it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweetwater fish are always quite an experience. At this trattoria, combinations were quite good. Location is a beautiful one. And service was very fast, very nice: top notch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is stunning and worth the visit. The food was ok. The appetizers were really good with a slight overdose of salt with my spaghetti and clams. The two orders of fresh lake fish, which is something I am not partial to, was ok. The service was really good and fast. The food could have and should be better.
