E	Evelina Ambrogi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati benissimo, cercavamo relax e abbiamo trovato un piccolo paradiso... Dietro il casale c'è un viale in mezzo ai campi che raggiunge in pochi metri il lago con la spiaggia privata tenuta pulita e sufficientemente attrezzata. La casa presenta tutto l'essenziale utile per il soggiorno e anche quando manca qualcosa in poche ore viene fornito (io avevo chiesto un asciugacapelli). Nota superlativa per la pulizia, sia degli spazi interni che esterni (piscina e giardino all'inglese curatissimo con molte varietà di piante). Unica pecca la vicinanza alla strada la cui vista è coperta sapientemente dalla vegetazione ma un po' di inquinamento acustico lo può creare. Molto gentili anche i proprietari che ci hanno omaggiato anche il miele prodotto da loro. Consigliato!! We had a great time, we were looking for relaxation and we found a little paradise ... Behind the house there is an avenue in the middle of the fields that reaches in a few meters the lake with the private beach kept clean and sufficiently equipped. The house has all the essentials useful for the stay and even when something is missing in a few hours it is provided (I had asked for a hairdryer). Superlative note for the cleanliness, both of the internal and external spaces (swimming pool and well-kept English garden with many varieties of plants). The only flaw is the proximity to the road whose view is wisely covered by vegetation but a little noise pollution can create it. The owners were also very kind and paid homage to the honey produced by them. Recommended!!

L'appartamento molto accogliente e pulitissimo . l'appartamento è sempre stato caldo quando le temperature fuori erano un po rigide.... Il lago è bello anche in primavera .. The hospitality of the owners was excellent, we found ourselves at ease. We had some problems with the outward journey and were very helpful in understanding the problem. The very clean and cozy apartment. the apartment has always been warm when the temperatures outside were a little stiff .... The lake is beautiful even in spring ..

Bella la location, bello l'alloggio con il patio riparato per pranzi e cene. Ottima la piscina e gradevolissima la spiaggetta privata a 200 metri. Tutta la proprietà è molto ben tenuta, ordinata e pulita, come gli stessi alloggi. Molto cordiali, simpatici e gentilissimi i proprietari. Veramente buoni i prodotti locali, dagli ortaggi al vinello che è colato copioso. Le serate sono fresche e piacevolissime e le tre settimane sono scivolate via dolcemente. Purtroppo quest'anno ci siamo organizzati in ritardo, ma torneremo sicuramente. Wonderful holiday at the Antica Fattoria. Three weeks to tell ..... a year late. We were there in 2016. Beautiful location, nice accommodation with sheltered patio for lunches and dinners. Excellent swimming pool and very pleasant private beach 200 meters away. The whole property is very well maintained, tidy and clean, like the accommodation itself. Very friendly, nice and very kind owners. The local products are really good, from the vegetables to the wine that is abundantly poured. Evenings are cool and very pleasant and the three weeks have slipped away gently. Unfortunately this year we are late, but we will definitely be back.

Siamo stati nello chalet "Luna di Miele": una costruzione molto carina, con un bel prato antistante, a due passi dalla spiaggia riservata e dalla piscina. I gestori sono molto cortesi e disponibili e vi consigliamo di provare i loro prodotti! Pleasant and welcoming place. We stayed in the "Honeymoon" chalet: a very nice building, with a beautiful lawn in front, a stone's throw from the private beach and the swimming pool. The managers are very courteous and helpful and we advise you to try their products!

Pur trovandosi sulla strada statale, la Cassia, i rumori dei veicoli non sono arrivati a disturbarci. Il monolocale nel quale abbiamo alloggiato (Casa Bosco) era molto pulito, oltre che esteticamente piacevole, e dotato di ogni comodità (frigorifero, stoviglie, phon, saponi, wi-fi, tv). Il gestore, Giulio, è stato gentilissimo e sempre prontamente disponibile, fornendoci consigli utili su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bellissima piscina immersa nel verde e della spiaggetta privata, perché fino al giorno della partenza abbiamo incontrato maltempo, ma questo sarà un ulteriore incentivo a tornare presto! The structure is well maintained and is in an excellent position, a 5-minute drive from Bolsena. Despite being on the state road, the Cassia, the noises of the vehicles did not come to disturb us. The studio in which we stayed (Casa Bosco) was very clean, as well as aesthetically pleasing, and equipped with every comfort (refrigerator, dishes, hairdryer, soaps, wi-fi, TV). The manager, Giulio, was very kind and always readily available, providing us with useful advice on where to eat and what to visit. Unfortunately we could not use the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery and the private beach, because until the day of departure we encountered bad weather, but this will be an additional incentive to come back soon!

The host Giulio is very friendly. The Fattoria is very close to the beatiful tiwn of Bolsena, the lake, and many other nice places.
