D	Daniele C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo dove passare qualche giorno in completo relax a 100 metri dal lago. Spiaggia privata e totale sicurezza per chi ha figli, in quanto si svolge tutto all interno della proprietà della struttura. I proprietari poi sono fantastici, accoglienza al top, pensate che nel pomeriggio fanno il giro nella spiaggetta offrendo il cocomero a chi lo volesse. Giochi per bambini, canoe, ping pong, biliardino e tutto quanto presente sono a disposizione degli ospiti ed incluso nel prezzo. Vi consiglio di rimanere anche a cena, dall antipasto al dolce, non c era pietanza che non richiedesse il bis, il tutto aun prezzo decisamente inferiore a qualsiasi ristorante. Insomma un esperienza da rifare, ed infatti si rifarà a settembre :) Beautiful place to spend a few days in complete relaxation 100 meters from the lake. Private beach and total safety for those with children, as everything takes place within the property of the structure. Then the owners are fantastic, hospitality at the top, think that in the afternoon they go around the beach offering watermelon to those who want it. Games for children, canoes, table tennis, table football and everything present are available to guests and included in the price. I advise you to stay for dinner too, from appetizer to dessert, there was no dish that did not require an encore, all at a much lower price than any restaurant. In short, an experience to be redone, and in fact it will be done again in September :)
P	Paolo Bencetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati 5 giorni insieme a nostro figlio e alla nostra amica a 4 zampe. Il posto è fantastico, a 3 km da Bolsena ed è un gioiellino immerso nel verde. L’appartamento è molto ben tenuto, rifinito, e perfettamente pulito. Roberto e Rosaria, insieme a tutto lo staff sono degli eccellenti padroni di casa, sempre gentili, accoglienti, disponibili, contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e a favorire il clima familiare che si respira. Buonissimi i prodotti dell’orto locale. La spiaggia privata a poco più di 100 mt. dagli appartamenti è pulitissima e gli ospiti hanno a disposizione lettini, sdraio, canoe e tavole galleggianti. Torneremo senz’altro. We stayed 5 days with our son and our 4-legged friend. The place is fantastic, 3 km from Bolsena and is a gem surrounded by greenery. The apartment is very well maintained, finished, and perfectly clean. Roberto and Rosaria, together with all the staff are excellent hosts, always kind, welcoming, helpful, they help to make your stay even more pleasant and to favor the familiar atmosphere that you breathe. The products from the local vegetable garden are delicious. The private beach just over 100 meters away. from the apartments it is spotless and guests have at their disposal sun beds, deck chairs, canoes and floating boards. We will definitely come back.

I proprietari sono tutti gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa si respira un'aria famigliare.La tenuta è ampia e ben curata. Area barbecue attrezzata a disposizione dei clienti. Sono benvenuti anche i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Il top è la spiaggetta privata in prato attrezzata con tutti i confort ( lettini, sdraio , canoe e lettini galleggianti ) Appartamenti puliti e ben curati. Ottima ristorazione . Adatto a famiglie e a chi cerca un po'di relax lontano dal caos della città. Cozy place. upon our arrival the welcome basket full of vegetables from their garden was very welcome. The owners are all friendly and always available for anything you can breathe a familiar air. The estate is large and well cared for. Equipped barbecue area available to customers. Our four-legged friends are also welcome. The top is the private beach on the lawn equipped with all comforts (sunbeds, deck chairs, canoes and floating beds) Clean and well-kept apartments. Excellent catering. Suitable for families and for those looking for a little relaxation away from the chaos of the city.

Luogo che ti resta nel cuore per la tranquillità, la natura che lo circonda e il lago con spiaggia privata. Eravamo io mio marito, mia figlia e il nostro Labrador e siamo stati meravigliosamente bene. Ringrazio Niccolò, Roberto e Luigia per la loro disponibilità. Un saluto da Camilla, Elisabetta, Roberto e... BACCO ?? We were welcomed in this beautiful farmhouse by truly exquisite, helpful and friendly people. The apartment is delightful, clean and functional. Place that remains in your heart for the tranquility, the nature that surrounds it and the lake with private beach. Molto pulito, spiaggia privata curata si trova a pochi minuti da Bolsena letto molto comodo ed una vista bellissima al tramonto. Gestione puntuale e familiare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Beautiful Easter, really pet friendly with the presence of a large dog area. Very clean, well-kept private beach located a few minutes from Bolsena very comfortable bed and a beautiful view at sunset. Timely and familiar management. Excellent value for money.

Personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, posto incantevole immerso nella natura e una spiaggia privata in cui trascorrere ore in totale relax. Struttura dog friendly (con un'area cani totalmente dedicata) apprezzata moltissimo dal nostro canone. Grazie ragazzi, ci vediamo presto! ? Ilaria, Andrea e Maui We stayed at this property in March, in love with the place we returned to take advantage of the long weekend and we will be back again. Friendly staff attentive to guests' needs, a charming place surrounded by nature and a private beach where you can spend hours in total relaxation. The staff is very friendly, and they're almost always available if there's any sort of issue with anything. It offers a really good climate in summertime, as it's chillier than usual and you don't feel the heat as much. In addition, the place is animal friendly, so you can freely bring your pets without having to l him somewhere like usual. Finally, it's a location both fit for people who like sitting around and enjoying the weather and those who prefer doing any sports-related activities, as there's plenty of open spaces and also a canoeing service. There's also cats!!!
