Genoeg te doen zoals fietsen (gehuurd bij passione a pedali), zwemmen (zelfs eind april), vissen en diverse Toscaanse historische stadjes in de omgeving. Nice quiet remote location on beautiful crater lake. Plenty to do such as cycling (rented at passione a pedali), swimming (even at the end of April), fishing and various Tuscan historic towns in the area.

Struttura di una scorrettezza unica ho prenotato su booking per due notti mi hanno addebitato l'intero importo salvo poi sentirmi dire che la struttura fitta per minimo 7 giorni. I clienti non devono essere trattati in questo modo. L'host può fare tutte le scelte che crede ma non deve dare disponibile la struttura su un sito così utilizzato salvo poi vedersi cancellare la propria prenotazione. Customers are not to be treated this way. The host can make all the choices he believes but must not make the structure available on a site used in this way only to have his reservation canceled. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza presso l'Agriturismo Lago di Mezzano tramite Agriturismo.it e tutto si è svolto regolarmente con addebito della prenotazione. Visto che il proprietario non confermava, dopo alcuni tentativi, sia via mail che telefono, alla fine ha risposto qualcuno, che si è qualificato come marito della titolare. Alla richiesta di chiarimenti, ha risposto, in modo non molto raffinato, che la struttura era piena e che possono anche non avvalersi del servizio del portale. Ok, ognuno con il suo fa quello che vuole, ma fate almeno cancellare la disponibiltà per non far perdere tempo (e soldi) a potenziali clienti, troppo difficile? Esperienza pessima e, naturalmente, per quanto mi riguarda, struttura cancellata anche per il futuro, considerato il tipo di gestione. There was no living room. We booked a room at the Agriturismo Lago di Mezzano through Agriturismo.it and everything took place regularly with the booking charge. Since the owner did not confirm, after a few attempts, either by mail or by phone, in the end someone answered, who qualified as the owner's husband. When asked for clarification, he replied, in a not very refined way, that the structure was full and that they may not even use the portal service. Ok, everyone with their own does what they want, but at least cancel the availability so as not to waste time (and money) to potential customers, too difficult? Bad experience and, of course, as far as I'm concerned, structure canceled for the future too, considering the type of management.

È stata una vacanza splendida in un posto stupendo, un bellissimo casale immerso nelle campagne della Tuscia ai confini con la Toscana, con una vista lago mozzafiato! Il lago è balneabile e raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, attraverso un antico sentiero ombreggiato da querce e segnato da muretti a secco; per prenderlo si attraversa una bellissima fattoria! Le mie bambine sono rimaste entusiaste! Roberto, il proprietario, è molto attento e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza, e cura il posto con amore; ci ha messo a disposizione tutto, dalla piscina ai giochi per bambini, dalla spiaggia con ombrelloni e sdraio sul lago, alla lavanderia. Vivamente consigliato a tutti, per staccare ed immergersi nella natura I stayed in this farmhouse in the week from 17 to 24 July with my 2 4-year-old girls. It was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful place, a beautiful farmhouse nestled in the countryside of Tuscia on the border with Tuscany, with a breathtaking lake view! The lake is suitable for swimming and can be easily reached on foot, through an ancient path shaded by oaks and marked by dry stone walls; to get it you cross a beautiful farm! My little girls were thrilled! Roberto, the owner, is very attentive and available to any need, and takes care of the place with love; has provided us with everything, from the swimming pool to children's games, from the beach with umbrellas and deck chairs on the lake, to the laundry. Highly recommended to everyone, to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature

Appena entrati abbiamo notato subito l'attenzione nella cura dei particolari, la funzionalità della disposizione degli ambienti e la pulizia dell'appartamento. La location è immersa totalmente nella campagna maremmana con una vista lago stupenda ideale per rilassarsi. Il proprietario e una persona cordiale, molto simpatica e naturalmente amante dei nostri amici a quattro zampe. Altra nota da non sottovalutare è la vicinanza a moltissimi luoghi di interesse. Consigliatissimo. We stayed in one of the ground floor apartments, a perfect one bedroom apartment for me, my partner and our Swiss Shepherd Bruno. As soon as we entered we immediately noticed the attention to detail, the functionality of the layout of the rooms and the cleanliness of the apartment. The location is totally immersed in the Maremma countryside with a wonderful lake view ideal for relaxing. The owner is a friendly person, very nice and naturally a lover of our four-legged friends. Another note not to be underestimated is the proximity to many places of interest. Highly recommended.

s	stephen lewington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to think hard before I rated this, but it does get 5 stars. Put simply, it is idyllic. Away from everything and a breathtaking view every time you look round. The walk to the private lake is 5 mins and it is fabulous. Even though you should definitely stay here, a couple of things to be wary of: - the appartments are approx. 10 mins drive down a farm track. It is very bumpy. You get used to finding the"racing line"after a couple of goes. - bring your fly spray. You are on a farm. Roberto was a good host - often there so could sort out the small things (like replacement bulbs). PS. if you can't find the lid to a pan or you're missing cutlery, your next door neighbour probably has it!
