★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura senza dubbio carina, ma (credo solo in questo periodo) senza alcun servizio particolare, ristorante chiuso, cantina chiusa,servizio reception limitante per gli orari.... Prezzo 140 euro al giorno, assolutamente fuori mercato, considerato anche il paese dove si trova (fuori dal mondo e con difficoltà anche a trovare da mangiare senza dover fare tanti km). Deluso... È una struttura così carina meriterebbe molto di più. Per non parlare della colazione... 4 fette di pane (visibilmente vecchio) 2 cornetti e 2 fette di prosciutto..... 140 €???? A questo punto a meno si soggiorna nelle terme qui vicino che sino sicuramente di gran lunga con più servizi.
 Undoubtedly nice structure, but (I think only in this period) without any particular service, closed restaurant, closed cellar, limited reception service for hours ... Price 140 euros per day, absolutely out of market, also considering the country where you find (out of this world and with difficulty even finding food without having to travel many kilometers). Disappointed ... It's such a nice property it deserves so much more. Not to mention the breakfast ... 4 slices of bread (visibly old) 2 croissants and 2 slices of ham ..... 140 € ???? At this point, unless you stay in the nearby thermal baths, which will certainly have far more services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at this hotel about two years ago on our way to the ferry at Civitavecchia and were charmed by its old style elegance and beauty, but most of all by the extraordinary friendliness and hospitality of Sergio Mottura and his wife Alessandra. At the time we only had a day but we had the feeling of having lived something deeper and truer than the usual hotel experiences. The passion that Sergio puts in his wine-making activity, the love they share for the countryside and the warm sense of hospitality that Alessandra creates around their guests is something that will stay with us for a long time. This year we decided to return on a winter trip around Central Italy, and spent two days over New Year's Eve with them and their guests and it was even better, thanks to the great interplay between the different people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful secret set amongst the rolling hills of Lazio. The food is exquisite, catering to all culinary needs, including vegetarians. The wine tasting truly allows for an authentic taste of Lazio's grapes. Furthermore, the cantina enables you to sense the families long standing passion for their art. Grazie for a truly memorable experience and we will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent an evening enjoying the food and wine at the wine bar here, sitting outside in the town square with a view of the castle.
Everything was outstanding. The food is excellent, modern takes on classic Italian flavors, made with high quality fresh ingredients. The wines are superb, and we received a tour of the cellar were the wines are resting.
All in all a wonderful experience. Mr Mottura, his family, staff and his talented chef all made this a perfect evening. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden away, charming and comfortable hotel with incredible restaurant and winery. The chef surprised and delighted us with his tasting menu, and the wine pairing gave us the chance to discover several of the superb wines they produce. A magical and authentic experience. The hilltop town is surrounded by their vineyards. Hope to return soon!
