Mi rivolgevo a LILT di Padova (pagando il ticket della visita ) Ora però vivo a Mantova, e una persona cosi arrogante, sgradevole e scortese non ho mai incontrato! Ho preso un appuntamento con una signora, poi due giorni dopo mi chiama una vecchia e dice che deve disdire tutto e se ho urgenza devo rivolgermi al ospedale oppure devo aspettare aprile. Non ho potuto nemmeno rispondere che lei ha buttato giù il telefono. L'ho richiamato e gentilmente ho chiesto se potevo prenotare per aprile, la signora ha detto di NO e dopo un sacco di parole ha messo giù il telefono. Sicuramente ci sono le persone brave e buone che lavorano li, ma per me rimarrà sempre un brutto posto. Quando li vedrò nelle piazze di Mantova avrò per sempre un ricordo amaro. Nulla di che Pretty good experience. But advice ... Change the secretary who really is sympathetic take me away ... As for the doctors I would say normal. Nothing special

Mi sono recata da loro x fare mammografia ed ecografia, le volontarie e la segretaria sono di una gentilezza eccezionale, anche il medico che mi ha fatto la visita e l' ecografia molto professionale ed educato. Vorrei poter dire la medesima cosa della dottoressa che mi ha fatto la mammografia, ma non posso. Avendo il seno molto grosso non riusciva a posizionarlo correttamente e lo tirava come fosse un elastico. Probabilmente quando si è accorta che mi lamentavo e che mi faceva male mi ha chiesto se sentivo dolore e quando le ho risposto che era lei a farmene e non l'apparecchiatura si è giustificata dicendo che per avere un risultato ottimale bisogna fare così. Non è la prima volta che faccio questo esame e mai nessuno mi ha fatto male. A distanza di 2 giorni sotto il seno destro ho ancora la pelle lesionata. Mi dispiace per tutto il resto del personale, ma non tornerò più. What to say? It is not the first time that I have taken this exam and no one has ever hurt me. After 2 days I still have damaged skin under my right breast. I'm sorry for all the rest of the staff, but I will never return.
