(Per altro non è la prima volta) Invece i Dottori e coloro che si occupano dei prelievi sono molto cortesi e gentili. The girls at the reception are very rude! L'orario dell'appuntamento è stato anticipato di un'ora e mi è stato riferito poco più di tre ore prima e va bè, questo può capitare. Quello che mi ha infastidita è stato il sentirmi dire una volta davanti al banco d'accettazione che il prezzo della visita non era quello scritto sulla prenotazione online (55 euro), ma di 102 euro + 16 euro in caso di eventuale pap test, perchè non esiste quel tipo di tariffa prenotata. Tralasciando il fatto che, se non esiste questo servizio, mi sfugge proprio per quale motivo ho potuto prenotare con la tariffa agevolata. Non è stato affatto corretto e professionale farmelo sapere sul momento, sarebbe bastata una chiamata o un'email per avvisarmi. A quel punto avrei potuto scegliere di prenotare normalmente avendo a disposizione date e orari più comodi (perchè il servizio di tariffa agevolata non esisterà, ma il sito mi faceva scegliere solo determinate date e orari che non erano le stesse della visita privata "normale"). The health staff who assisted me seemed competent, however very kind and polite, but who managed the booking I would not say. The appointment time was brought forward by an hour and I was told just over three hours before and okay, this can happen. What bothered me was being told once in front of the reception desk that the price of the visit was not the one written on the online booking (55 euros), but 102 euros + 16 euros in case of any pap test, because there is no such type of rate booked. Leaving aside the fact that, if this service does not exist, it escapes me precisely why I was able to book with the discounted rate. It was not at all fair and professional to let me know in the moment, a call or an email would have been enough to notify me. At that point I could have chosen to book normally by having more convenient dates and times available (because the discounted rate service will not exist, but the site made me choose only certain dates and times that were not the same as the "normal" private visit) .
