★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una visita prevista per oggi, specificando che non sarei tornata in Calabria fino a Pasqua. Oggi hanno annullato la visita senza neanche un giorno di preavviso, dicendo "ma non può tornare tra una settimana?"
Capisco gli imprevisti tuttavia bisogna tutelare in qualche modo il cliente, il quale ha diritto di rivolgersi ad altre strutture se quella in questione non è in grado di erogare il servizio.
I booked a visit scheduled for today, specifying that I would not return to Calabria until Easter. Today they canceled the visit without even a day's notice, saying "but can't you come back in a week?"
I understand the unexpected, however, the customer must be protected in some way, who has the right to contact other structures if the one in question is unable to provide the service.
