Al mio ragazzo ha rubato 150 euro, tenendosi la macchina per una settimana senza capire quale fosse il problema! Voleva far fare altre diagnosi senza comunicarlo per poi rubarci altri soldi! Ho portato la mia auto per alcune spie accese ed è stata fatta subito una diagnosi e successivamente abbiamo provato l’auto in strada. Dopo qualche giorno mi sono ripresentato per una seconda verifica dell’auto. Tutto è stato fatto in tempi rapidi ma con tanta precisione. C’è tanta trasparenza da parte di tutto lo staff. Va a fare diagnosi da altri che poi al cliente tocca pagare e senza ricevuta. Sono andato quasi una decina di volte a piedi per sapere notizie della mia auto. Non capendo minimamente il difetto che aveva ne ha inventato lui uno che poi ho dovuto pagare profumatamente. Disonesto ai massimi livelli. Il difetto lo ho ancora come il primo giorno.
