Entro e sono tutti a fare un meeting in orario di apertura al pubblico. Non ti degnano nemmeno di un saluto facendoti pesare il fatto di essere li. La ragazza alla reception chiede agli altri collaboratori se hanno 5 minuti per un armadio...5 minuti questo è il tempo secondo loro da dedicare a un cliente che voleva acquistare un armadio della Giessegi che non è per nulla economico. I collaboratori dicono di avere altri appuntamenti e si allontanano andando a fumare e prendendo il caffè. Tutto questo è poco professionale e irrispettoso verso il cliente. Mai più che metterò piede in questo posto. Bad Experience. I go to buy a wardrobe and they tell me I have to make an appointment. The girl at the reception asks the other collaborators if they have 5 minutes for a wardrobe ... 5 minutes this is the time according to them to dedicate to a customer who wanted to buy a Giessegi wardrobe which is not cheap at all. Co-workers say they have other appointments and walk away to smoke and have coffee. All of this is unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. Never again will I set foot in this place.

Un elogio particolare va a Javier, l'arredatore, molto professionale, paziente e disponibile, che ci ha fornito una soluzione ottimale comprendendo le nostre esigenze e trovando una soluzione a tutto ciò che volevamo. Dopo aver confermato il progetto della cucina abbiamo deciso di appoggiarci a lui anche per la sala e siamo rimasti altrettanto soddisfatti. Dopo pochi giorni, ad inizio giugno ho aggiunto all'ordine un tavolo e un altro complemento di arredo e mi hanno confermato che sarebbe arrivato insieme al resto ad inizio luglio. Dopo svariate chiamate al negozio (che ha sempre risposto) e alla assistenza clienti Dondi (quasi impossibile prendere la linea) fissiamo la data per la consegna il 17 agosto, ci mandano la fattura e mi appresto a fare il bonifico... Mi accorgo che mancano le sedie dalla fattura!! Quindi siamo di nuovo alle prese con l'assistenza clienti e non rispondono mai. In negozio non ci hanno aiutato, perché abbiamo chiamato più volte per solleciti e non siamo mai mai stati richiamati dalla Dondi. Consiglio spassionato: andate altrove! Col senno di poi non ci tornerei mai. At the end of May I ordered 4 chairs, which should have arrived in early July. After a few days, at the beginning of June I added a table and another piece of furniture to the order and they confirmed that it would arrive together with the rest at the beginning of July. After several calls to the shop (which always answered) and to the Dondi customer service (almost impossible to get on the line) we set the date for delivery on August 17th, they send us the invoice and I am going to make the transfer ... the chairs are missing from the invoice !! So we're struggling with customer support again and they never respond. In the shop they did not help us, because we called several times for reminders and we were never called back by Dondi. Dispassionate advice: go elsewhere! In hindsight I would never go back.
e	elga valenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato uno perché meno non è possibile darlo Ho acquistato un divano meno di 2 anni fa, e consigliata dal venditore ho optato per VERA PELLE perché eterna. Volevo acquistarlo in eco pelle per un discorso legato agli animali, ma assolutamente non era consigliato dal venditore perché si sarebbe rovinato a breve. Fatto l acquisto, ovviamente non economico, a oggi si spella il divano. Chiamo e mi mandano un esperto che oggi è venuto a fare il sopralluogo dicendo che la pelle si spela ed è normale. Anzi posso rivestirlo in tessuto o altro per 500 euro ma è normalissimo che venga via il lucido. Ovviamente il sopralluogo si paga e il problema resta. Ma tutto bene?? Anche i trasportatori e montatori sono stati bravi, veloci e hanno lavorato con perizia.il mio giudizio è: Eccellente. Modestamente penso di essere il sogno di ogni venditore...la prox settimana me la consegneranno spero vada tutto bene e che sia bella come me la ricordo... è passato tanto tempo ( per colpa della mia ristrutturazione ) che oramai non me la ricordo più The second kitchen shop I visited .... and I bought the kitchen. Sono passati giá piú di 14 mesi e fino ad oggi abbiamo ancora la cucina con tutte le ante storte,piano di cottura posizionato male . Non ho parole . Sono disponibili solo quando devono prenderti dei soldi.Assurdo. Una vergognaaa .. Unprofessional. I do not recommend it !!! We went back several times. Zero assistance. More than 14 months have passed and to this day we still have the kitchen with all the crooked doors, the hob positioned badly. I have no words .
