Dopo un giretto nel punto vendita, senza essere assillati da chi in genere vuole a tutti i costi venderti il proprio prodotto, ci siamo sentiti liberi di sederci e progettare insieme alla competente Alice, quella che poi è diventata la nuova cameretta dei nostri figli. Loro hanno potuto personalizzarla consigliati al meglio da lei. Seguiti in tutto l'iter è stato possibile modificare, nei tempi giusti, alcuni dettagli, quali colori e disposizione dei mobili. Questa possibilità consente di stare sereni ed è certamente un valore aggiunto all'esperienza con questa Azienda che, grazie a persone come Alice, ma siamo certi anche i suoi colleghi, riesce a creare un rapporto di reciproca fiducia con le famiglie che a lei si rivolgono. Abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare la professionalità di Alice, altresì, nella fondamentale visita per le misure a casa. Infine nei tempi stabiliti è stata consegnata e montata la cameretta da Raffaele, Emanuele e Claudio che con altrettanta professionalità e cortesia hanno dato forma ad un progetto iniziato per caso. They were able to customize it best recommended by her. Followed throughout the process it was possible to change, in the right time, some details, such as colors and arrangement of the furniture. This possibility allows you to be calm and is certainly an added value to the experience with this company which, thanks to people like Alice, but we are also sure her colleagues, manages to create a relationship of mutual trust with the families who turn to her. . We also had the opportunity to appreciate Alice's professionalism in the fundamental visit for the measurements at home. Finally, the bedroom was delivered and assembled within the established times by Raffaele, Emanuele and Claudio who with equal professionalism and courtesy gave shape to a project started by chance. D	Dario Di Mauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera acquistata, 20gg in più per riceverla (va bene, capita) La cameretta aveva dei problemi, mancavano dei pezzi e altri rotti, e non poteva essere usata (che sfiga, ma capita). Al primo montaggio, il montatore suggerisce di aggiungere delle staffe per consolidare la scrivania sospesa. Sottoscrive la necessità verso il negozio. Dopo 2 mesi dal primo montaggio ancora nulla... Il resto dei problemi sistemati, ma la scrivania non sarà sistemata perché le staffe non erano previste nel progetto originale (comunque stilato da loro). Soldi subito, ci mancherebbe. Ma così non ci si comporta. Metto una stella solo per il montatore. Ci ha seguito Ilaria che è stata disponibilissima e soprattutto molto professionale per i suoi preziosi suggerimenti in fase di progettazione. I tempi di consegna programmati sono stati perfettamente rispettati. Una nota di merito è per la squadra di montaggio di Claudio Annunziata e Alex Rotaru che sono stati bravissimi e molto competenti nel loro lavoro: molto gentili, disponibili e soprattutto professionali. Siamo stati accolti e seguiti da Alice che con grande professionalità ci ha suggerito le possibili soluzioni adatte ai nostri spazi. Punto di forza per un'azienda sono i suoi collaboratori, Alice ha saputo gestire una cliente come me capace di fare impazzire chiunque con l'indecisione!! Ho modificato il progetto più volte e lei sempre pronta a riadattato. Alla fine siamo riusciti ad avere una splendida cameretta e ne è valsa la pena. Figli contentissimi. Un grazie anche ai montatori disponibili ed attenti Raffaele e Alex. We chose Mondo Camerette after having seen, and strongly envied, my neighbor's bedroom. We were welcomed and followed by Alice who with great professionalism suggested the possible solutions suitable for our spaces. The strength of a company are its collaborators, Alice has been able to manage a customer like me capable of driving anyone crazy with indecision !! M	Mar Amodio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata consigliata da 2 amici a venire da voi per l'acquisto della cameretta dei miei bimbi e devo dire che sono stata trattata con i guanti bianchi... Il giorno in cui ho deciso di andare a visitare la sede di Bologna sono stata accolta da Alice una ragazza carinissima, a modo, gentilissima e preparatissima nel suo campo, che mi ha fatto visitare lo shoroom spiegandomi dettagliatamente le varie tipologie di soluzioni per il progetto della cameretta (soluzioni infinite). Una volta accomodate alla sua postazione, fornite le misure, in poco tempo mi ha proposto almeno 3/4 soluzioni, contemporaneamente io ho fatto presente le mie esigenze di recuperare tutti gli spazi al meglio e ha stravolto di nuovo tutto trovando un'ottima soluzione marchio Giessegi laccatura con vernice atossica ??? È venuta personalmente a casa a prendere i rilievi e a decidere per bene i colori da usare. Soddisfatta già del trattamento avuto per la cameretta le ho affidato anche la progettazione di alcuni pensili e cubi per completare la parete della TV della sala/cucina. Praticamente in meno di 3 mesi mi hanno consegnato la cameretta e i mobili della sala. La consegna e il montaggio è stata effettuata da 2 ragazzi Claudio ed Emanuele, montatori di grande esperienza in montaggio di camerette, educati, rispettosi, precisi e veloci nel montaggio! Esperienza più che positiva, consiglio vivamente l'acquisto di camerette e altro nella sede di Mondo Camerette di Bologna

Siamo in provincia di Modena ed è stata una fortuna trovarci a Mondo Camerette di Bologna dove Alice è stata fin da subito di grande disponibilità.dopo l'invio di vari progetti abbiamo deciso con lei la soluzione migliore.....deciso la data di consegna che è stata puntuale e precisa anche nell'orario. Montatori capaci,veloci e gentili. A chi ha avuto problemi....posso solo dire che inconvenienti possono succedere e mi dispiace per loro,ma io lo consiglierei a chiunque. A	Alessio Farella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata una cameretta ad Aprile e una scrivania per l'altra resto ancora oggi in attesa che tornino a finire un lavoro iniziato male (causa appuntamento presto pomeriggio arrivati alle 19 per finire alle 00.30) e finito peggio perché ad oggi il risultato è: due camere non utilizzabili a cause di pezzi mai arrivati e forte disagio per entrambe le bimbe che hanno ripreso da oltre un mese la scuola. L'unica puntualità riscontrata, la richiesta anticipata di pagamento. Abbiamo avuto modo di vedere anche dal vivo alcune soluzioni e anche i differenti tipi di materiale con cui poter comporre la cameretta.Si ha modo di toccare con mano e rendersi conto anche della qualità dei materiali!Abbiamo concluso e optato per la soluzione che meglio “riempiva” la stanza senza togliere troppa aria ai letti e senza sacrificare gli armadi.Quello ad angolo ha anche uno scasso interno su misura per evitare una colona.Per il montaggio abbiamo potuto concordare la data.I montatori sono stati professionali e discreti.Con il disegno/composizione siamo riusciti in 4 h ad aver tutto montato.C’è stato anche modo di recuperare un paio di prese che altrimenti sarebbero finite nascoste dai mobili.Al montaggio il montatore stesso,ha reportato anche con foto che un paio di componenti erano scheggiate(può capitare purtroppo) ma poco male;la sua segnalazione ci permette di aver la sostituzione nel giro di un mese senza problemi o aggiunte extra.L’arredatrice che ci ha seguito ha anche avuto la gentilezza di contattarci nel giro della giornata del montagggio per confermarci che aveva ricevuto la segnalazione del montatore e anche per avere un nostro riscontro che ovviamente è stato positivo.
