Ho pagato per 2 trekking in anticipo: non ho potuto partecipare al primo per le cattive condizioni meteo perchè l'escursione si è svolta comunque e soprattutto non ho partecipato al secondo perchè positiva al COVID con tanto di tampone e email di obbligo di isolamento della ASL. In entrambi i casi mi è stato negato il rimborso. Capisco le loro regole, ma non venire incontro alle difficoltà di un cliente durante una pandemia mondiale mi sembra davvero inaccettabile. Ho buttato 40 euro, mai piu! Aggiungo dopo la risposta della guida: purtroppo malattie ed incidenti non danno il preavviso di 48H a nessuno, ripeto è inaccettabile non prevedere il rimborso in caso di COVID, tanti (me compresa) si trovano in condizioni economiche difficili e buttare via soldi non piace a nessuno
Really bad experience. I paid for 2 treks in advance: I could not participate in the first one due to bad weather conditions because the excursion took place anyway and above all I did not participate in the second one because it was positive for COVID with a buffer and emails for the ASL isolation obligation . In both cases I was denied a refund. I understand their rules, but not meeting a customer's hardship during a global pandemic really feels unacceptable to me. I threw 40 euros, never again! I add after the guide's answer: unfortunately, illnesses and accidents do not give anyone 48H notice, I repeat it is unacceptable not to provide for the reimbursement in the event of COVID, many (myself included) are in difficult economic conditions and throwing money away does not like to nobody
