★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a small group tour. Paula had so much to say about Florence! Be prepared for a very professional guided tour, that is well prepared, well coordinated with city attractions and rendered in telling and accessible language. Among other things, we learned 'in situ' about how rich families project their wealth in churches and buildings, how the Italian language was forged through history, how the body politic was run through intrigue, and how the city developed through the centuries. Very good value for the price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so thrilled with our guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery during our visit to Florence (with Paola). We lucked out and ended up having a private tour, and my husband and I have remarked over and over how much we learned during our time with Paola. While the Uffizi is an incredible museum, it can be overwhelming without the guidance of someone as knowledgable as her to bring context and background to many of the works of art we saw. She taught us how to look at the paintings and sculpture through the lens of the Renaissance, helped us to identify common icons within paintings, and shared elements of Italian history that brought the art to life. We would highly recommend Guided Florence Tours to any friends and family traveling to Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a private tour through Guided Florence Tours for our one day in Florence and it was one of the smartest decisions we made! Paola was so incredibly knowledgable, welcoming and engaging. There was no way we would've been able to explore the city to the degree we did, had we done it on our own. Not only did she educate us about Florence's rich art, history and politics, but she also possessed such a passion for the city--that it was impossible to not fall in love with it as well. We felt very fortunate to have this crash course with one of the best teachers in the city and we will definitely be contacting Paola when we visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heading to Florence and feeling a little overwhelmed with the choices of tours and tour guides? Yes, we initially felt the same! Booking a tour guide can be very daunting! Choosing Guided Florence Tours was the best decision we made! Paola was just incredible. She was knowledgeable, fun and friendly and kept us interested the entire time. So much so that we actually booked FOUR tours with Paola. She was fantastic with the 3 children too and really knew how to make it memorable. Paola was a joy to deal with when booking. She left me absolutely confident after every conversation, that we had chosen the right company... and it did not disappoint. I cannot stress how good this company is, if you are booking tours when you head to Florence, book with them and you will not regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paola is incredible! I only had one day in Florence and reached out to her a few days before arrival. She put together a customized tour based on both my interests from readings and recommendations from a friend and time constraints. The tour included both the Uffizi and Accademia. One of the things that impressed me most was that if I had questions about a painting or sculpture she was not originally intending to cover on the tour, she would pivot and discuss it with me, with just as much insight as she had for the planned works. She is brilliant, accommodating, and fun!

She is a great guide that shows you the highlights and makes easy and interesting. Would highly recommend her for families or anyone. She loves Florence and it’s amazing features. Mamma Mia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a group of 15 people and had a fantastic 3h guided tour of the center of Florence with Paola Angelini on Saturday November 6th 2021. Paola managed to make the tour very interesting, gave professional an clear explanations and was able to answer all our questions. Within 3h we obtained a very interesting insight in the history of Florence. The whole group was enthusiastic about her performance and she clearly exceeded our keenest expectations. Excellent job! Can only recommend.
