A causa dell'interruzione dei lavori nel periodo bellico il progetto originale non fu rispettato in toto. Tuttavia ad ornamento dell'opera vennero realizzate alcune serie di fontane in travertino in stile moderno che a tuttoggi risultano mai attivate.
The Ponte Flaminio was built between 1938 and 1952 by the architect Armando Brasini. Due to the interruption of the works in the war period the original project was not fully respected. However, to adorn the work, some series of travertine fountains in modern style were created that are never activated today.
