★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monumentale, forse il più grande fra i ponti romani, iniziato prima della guerra e finito a causa di questa, con molto ritardo. In cemento ma ricoperto di travertino, doveva sostituire il precedente ormai inadeguato al traffico cittadino.
Monumental, perhaps the largest of the Roman bridges, started before the war and finished because of this, very late. Made of concrete but covered with travertine, it had to replace the previous one which was now inadequate for city traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful bridge in Rome for marble statues and architecture! Is a bridge build during DUX period (Second World War) and is a large bridge with stunnimg view on River Tiber!! Is fantastic the obelisk column in marble with typical DUX eagle at the base!! ?❤️?
