★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo delle indicazioni per tingere un abito scolorito e mi sono sembrati piuttosto confusi sul tema. Alla fine il signore anziano è voluto intervenire facendo ancora meno chiarezza, poi si è seccato, non si sa per quale motivo, forse con se stesso ? e mi ha detto che aveva da fare e quindi mi ha sconsiglia di procedere! Boh la gente non sta bene.
I wanted directions to dye a discolored dress and they seemed rather confused on the subject. In the end the old gentleman wanted to intervene with even less clarity, then he got annoyed, we don't know why, perhaps with himself ? and he told me he had something to do and therefore he advised me not to proceed! Boh people are not well.

Data l'ampia clientela, segnalate se avete particolari necessità....soprattutto di tempo nell'esecuzione del servizio. Certamente troverete la massima disponibilità e collaborazione.
It is my trusted dry cleaner because I find professionalism and friendliness. If you have clothes, rugs, etc that you care about, I think you can't find better in Florence. Given the large clientele, report if you have particular needs .... especially of time in the execution of the service. You will certainly find maximum availability and collaboration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo due capi di Yves Saint Laurent, un vestito di seta con macchie di sudore e un tailleur con macchie di ruggine. A Londra mi dissero che era impossibile togliere le macchie e lo stesso mi e' stato detto in altre lavanderie Fiorentine. A La Serena mi dissero "ci proviamo" e dopo tre giorni ho ritirato i capi smacchiati. Sono piu' che soddisfatta. Excellent job!
I had two pieces of Yves Saint Laurent, a silk dress with sweat stains and a suit with rust stains. In London they told me that it was impossible to remove the stains and I was told the same in other Florentine laundries. At La Serena they told me "let's try" and after three days I collected the stained clothes. I am more than satisfied. Excellent job!

Very professional and honest; they also respected the times. They are also very kind - in short, very good ... they transformed my daughter's Persian carpet (second-hand and in poor condition) and we were all very happy there.
