s	sico fante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i prezzi sono alti ma è abbastanza comprensibile. il vero problema sono i modi e la maleducazione: se entro per comprare dovrei essere trattato come un cliente, non come uno scocciatore. basterebbe il minimo, buongiorno e buonasera, sospendere le discussioni private, servire il cliente e poi ricominciare. pessimi the prices are high but it is quite understandable. the real problem is manners and rudeness: if I go in to buy I should be treated like a customer, not a nuisance. the minimum would be enough, good morning and good evening, to suspend private discussions, serve the customer and then start over. bad

La signora mi dà un modulo e mi dici sgarbatamente di andarmene perché doveva lavorare. Prima di tutto, rispondermi cortesemente dovrebbe far parte del suo lavoro; in secondo luogo, avrebbe potuto dire "Scusi, potrebbe compilarlo da qualche altra parte, visto che siamo impegnati". Sono uscita, ho compilato il modulo e quando sono tornata una seconda signora prende il mio modulo e dice che devo pagare un bollo, anche se il certificato da me richiesto è destinato alla pubblica amministrazione ed è gratuito, secondo le informazioni del sito del comune. Lo faccio notare alla signora, che mi risponde piccata che c’è da pagare e strappa il modulo. Non ho mai visto tanta maleducazione tutta insieme. Dopo aver letto che altri clienti si sono lamentati delle cattive maniere, mi rendo conto che è proprio un atteggiamento generale del personale. Una stampa fronte retro a colori è costata 2,10€, prezzo che sinceramente trovo eccessivo visto che in altre cartolerie (quindi non negozi che fanno solo stampe e fotocopie) si spende la metà. Tuttavia più che altro da fastidio la scortesia: sei lì con il portafogli in mano che aspetti di pagare e una persona, che probabilmente è cliente fissa ti si addossa per chiedere una rivista, chi ha preso da te la USB per darla a una seconda persona al suo fianco che ha già provveduto a stampare, invece di farti pagare per andate via ti dice sgarbatamenge che devi lasciare libera la cassa... allora chi ha stampato gli fa presente che devo pagare! E ti dicono hai un virus nella tua chiavetta devi pulirla e pulire anche il computer ..ma che tipo di persone questi ? Io non lo so ..ho letto le recensioni e mi sembra che non sono la prima che l'ha sucesso cosi oggi . "Sicuramente siete un peso per la società perche non ho mai stata trattata cosi male!
