N	Nadia Gharib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento stupendo, buona pulizia. Personale preparato, cordiale e sempre disponibile, ci hanno consigliato degli ottimi posti da visitare e altri dove mangiare. L'unico difetto è il parcheggio un po' distante dalla struttura (6 minuti), in cui la maggior parte delle macchinette per pagare, non funzionano e bisogna cercare una tabaccheria dove pagare il parcheggio, visto che anche l'app Easypark non funziona. Struttura consigliatissima! Gorgeous apartment, good cleaning. Staff trained, friendly and always available, they recommended us some excellent places to visit and others to eat. The only flaw is the car park a bit far from the structure (6 minutes), where most of the pay machines don't work and you have to look for a tobacconist to pay for parking, since the Easypark app doesn't work either. Highly recommended facility!

Insomma il ? sotto tutti i punti di vista ! Io e mio marito cercavamo tranquillità e silenzio ma vicini al centro !!! Consigliatissimo Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms plus we had a sea view ?, a very important strategic position a stone's throw from the cathedral and the sea. Exceptional manager and staff, particular mention to Mrs. Gabriella who gave us excellent suggestions. In short, the ? from all points of view! My husband and I were looking for tranquility and silence but close to the center !!! Highly recommended

Le camere sono organizzate come dei mini-appartamenti con piccolo cucinino attrezzato di tutto punto. Letto comodissimo e bagno spazioso con doccia XXL. Reception accogliente e disponibile (un ringraziamento particolare a Francesco ed alla sua cortese professionalità). Da tenere in considerazione anche per permanenze di media e lunga durata. Cozy structure in Ortigia from which you can easily reach all the main monuments of the place. The rooms are organized as mini-apartments with a small fully equipped kitchenette. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with XXL shower. Welcoming and helpful reception (special thanks to Francesco and his courteous professionalism). To be taken into consideration also for medium and long term stays.

B	BACHISIO ZOLO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato il 26 aprile, i locali erano sporchi, trascurati e la tavoletta del WC rotta e non chiusa come necessario con la fascia di carta non c’erano i porta valige che avrebbero dovute essere collocate sui divani nel soggiorno. Esistono le foto e i testimoni. Siamo dovuti scappare precipitosamente. Siamo stati accolti in maniera assolutamente professionale dalla Domus Mariae. L’arredamento era arrafazzonato e di pessimo gusto. Assolutamente sconsigliato per persone ceche e disabili come noi. È nonostante fosse tutto pagato anticipatamente mi è stata nuovamente richiesta, arbitrariamente, la carta di credito; non capisco a quale scopo. Non ci sono stati rimborsi. Per chi lo dovesse scegliere auguri!!! Il parcheggio dell’auto e ad oltre 1Km di distanza. E tralascio per brevità altri particolari. I arrived on April 26, the premises were dirty, neglected and the toilet seat broken and not closed as necessary with the paper band, there were no suitcase holders that should have been placed on the sofas in the living room. There are photos and witnesses. We had to flee hastily. We were welcomed in an absolutely professional manner by the Domus Mariae. The furniture was tucked up and in bad taste. Absolutely not recommended for Czech and disabled people like us. Even though everything was paid in advance, I was asked again, arbitrarily, for a credit card; I don't understand for what purpose. There were no refunds. Best wishes for those who choose it !!! The car park is over 1km away. And I omit other details for the sake of brevity.
