Eravamo soddisfatti dell'acquisto e della concessionaria ...peccato che per la sostituzione di una centralina l'auto è ormai da 45 giorni in officina in attesa del pezzo di ricambio. Abbiamo sollecitato chiunque anche l'assistenza clienti Range Rover Italia ma nessuno ci detto nulla ... NO COMMENT..consiglio vivamente a chi sta valutando l'acquisto di questa tipologia di auto di cambiare marca!! My husband recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque with an Approved warranty. We were satisfied with the purchase and with the dealership ... pity that for the replacement of a control unit the car has been in the workshop for 45 days waiting for the spare part. We solicited anyone including Range Rover Italy customer assistance but no one told us anything ... NO COMMENT..I strongly recommend to anyone who is considering the purchase of this type of car to change brand !!

I state that I have not concluded the purchase simply for the biblical times that the houses themselves have to deliver the new one, but I would like to applaud Augusto Palazzini, who in addition to being a pleasant person to talk to about cars, was an excellent salesman, courteous and super prepared.If there is an opportunity I will definitely want to relate to him.
M	Mattia Savio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son stato presso questa concessionaria nei primi mesi del 2021 perché ero interessato a un veicolo usato, un discovery benzina da 300cv, praticamente un cadavere che si svalutava come la lira turca ma la mia idea era di mettergli il gpl. davo in permuta una macchina che mi è stata valutata da loro circa 18000€ e visto il prezzo della permuta ho detto grazie e arrivederci, visto e che considerando che avevo un mezzo valutato sui 31000€... ridicoli.. sconsiglio vivamente! sperano di trovare il pollo x fare il win win.. cosi da guadagnare dalla loro vendita e da lucrare lautamente sull'usato in permuta.. da evitare categoricamente I was at this dealership in early 2021 because I was interested in a used vehicle, a 300hp petrol discovery, practically a corpse that depreciated like the Turkish lira but my idea was to put LPG on it. I was trading in a car that was valued at around € 18,000 by them and given the price of the exchange I said thank you and goodbye, considering that I had a vehicle valued at € 31,000 ... ridiculous .. I strongly advise against! they hope to find the chicken to make a win win .. so as to earn from their sale and to make a lot of money on the used in exchange .. to be categorically avoided
R	Roberto Pentrelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piuttosto che acquistare nuovamente da loro vado in bicicletta. Sono riusciti a farmi perdere passione per l’auto che preferivo. Un mix di incompetenza arroganza e disinteresse nei confronti del cliente. Ti impongono di acquistare cose che poi si rivelano non obbligatorie, non comunicano con il cliente sembra che ti fanno un favore a venderti l’auto e non sono mai chiari in quello che fanno. Forse la peggior esperienza d’acquisto della mia vita. Mai più!! Rather than buying from them again I go by bike. They managed to make me lose my passion for the car I preferred. A mix of incompetence, arrogance and disinterest in the customer. They force you to buy things which then turn out to be non-mandatory, they do not communicate with the customer, it seems they are doing you a favor by selling you the car and they are never clear in what they do. Perhaps the worst shopping experience of my life. Never again!!

Massimo gentilissimo, una persona umana che ti aiuta laddove anche non è sua competenza. Nota di merito per corso Orbassano quindi, dove il telefono squilla e ti rispondono subito con competenza, velocità ed eccellenza. Bravi, nota di merito anche a Denny dell'officina, cortese e preciso For warehouse 10 more, finally some warehouse workers to whom you ask for a particular spare part who know how to identify the correct spare part. Massimo very kind, a human person who helps you where it is not even his competence.
