Nei miei 40 anno di guida il miglior concessionario incontrato, non ha divanetti in pelle umana e riviste patinate come altre blasonate ma sono tutti gentilissimi, a partire dalla segreteria che risponde al telefono ( non un risponditore automatico dalle 100 opzioni), ai ragazzi dell’officina. Mi hanno chiamata loro per avvisarmi della scadenza del tagliando, hanno ipotizzato un tempo di due ore per il lavoro e, incredibile ma vero, dopo un’ora mi hanno richiamata per avvisarmi che avevano già terminato, due firme (10 secondi) e via. Per chi come me è stato abituato in altre concessionarie a ore di attesa con impiegati e meccanici nevrotici che fissano uno schermo per tempi interminabili neanche studiassero la fusione nucleare, è stata un’esperienza idilliaca. For someone like me who was used to waiting hours in other dealerships with neurotic employees and mechanics staring at a screen for endless times even studying nuclear fusion, it was an idyllic experience. If one day I decide to choose another Peugeot, the dealership will certainly have some credit.
