★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questa concessionaria per l'acquisto di un Tiguan....la prima cosa che salta all'occhio è l'ordine con cui vengono sistemate le vetture, e poi la gentilezza delle ragazze che vi accolgono. Io ho avuto la fortuna di essere servita da un venditore molto professionale e capace ( Cocis Ferrari) che mi ha saputo dare tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno e dopo averlo fatto disperare con alcune richieste forse anche un po' esagerate e avergli fatto saltare il pranzo ho fatto il contratto. Se avete qualche dubbio su dove rivolgerVi per un acquisto su questo marchio be'vi posso assicurare che una volta entrati da Di Viesto vi accorgerete subito di aver fatto la scelta giusta,

Parto con una piccola premessa, non ho modificato la vecchia recensione per questione di caratteri.
Partiamo dall’accoglienza:
Il responsabile che mi ha accolto nonostante avesse altri 100 impegni mi ha servito con gentilezza, mi ha tranquillizzato sia per L orario della consegna, sia per la lavorazione che andava ad effettuare. (Complimenti)
Lavorazione:
La lavorazione è stata di ottima qualità, durante la fase di installazione del pezzo sono sorti dei problemi e loro stati in grado di risolvere il tutto sempre nelle tempistiche promesse. (Competenze e professionalità)
Riconsegna:
L’auto è uscita dall’officina si con il nuovo pezzo installato ma grazie alla cura dei particolari ed alla loro professionalità senza alcun minimo segno di lavorazione o altro ed il tutto nei tempi previsti in fase di ricezione/accettazione.
Concludo dicendo che:
ora si che avete conquistato un nuovo cliente
E che sicuramente consigliera la concessionaria ad amici e parenti.

The workmanship was of excellent quality, during the installation phase of the piece some problems arose and they were able to solve everything always within the promised timing. (Skills and professionalism)
Return:
The car came out of the workshop yes with the new piece installed but thanks to the attention to detail and their professionalism without any sign of workmanship or anything else and all within the times provided for in the reception / acceptance phase.
I conclude by saying that:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I only had a broken passenger window, but it still took them 8 hours to call supplier to ask how long it is going to take to get one. And excuse was that it was not 8 but only 6 hours because they had 2 hours lunch break.. Mr. Zeppegno was the person who told me that they will work as fast as possible because me and my family were waiting for repairs and then failed to deliver. Whole day wasted for nothing. One extra star for duct taping the brken window :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a flat tire they day before and temporally fixed it myself. I came to the dealership without an appointment and not speaking any Italian. I was helped quickly and a alternative solution was offered since they did not have my type of tires in sock they helped me finding a quick and good solution. While I was waiting my dog even got something to drink.
They phoned an tire repair shop <1 minute down the road and they changed my tires within the hour.
Thank you for helping me out and I continue enjoying my Italian vacation!
