★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio e competenza, sia per la parte meccanica che per l'autolavaggio. Più di una volta mi ha risolto in modo semplice (ed economico) problemi che altre officine avevano diagnosticato come cose complesse e che richiedevano una spesa elevata. L'onestà e la competenza sono merce rara al giorno d'oggi e quindi raccomando la FATAM senza remore.
 Excellent service and competence, both for the mechanical part and for the car wash. More than once he has solved in a simple (and inexpensive) way problems that other workshops had diagnosed as complex things and that required a high expense. Honesty and competence are rare commodities nowadays and therefore I recommend FATAM without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO! Auto lucidata da qualche mese, dopo lavaggio appena arrivato al sole mi sono reso conto che sembrava uscita da un trattamento con la carta vetrata! PIENA DI GRAFFI e striature da lavaggio! Graffi ovunque, cofano, paraurti, porte, laterali. Inoltre asciugata alla bene e meglio, appena fuori era di nuovo sporca, colature ovunque. Interni con giusto una spazzolata con ancora polvere a vista.
Mi riservo di tornare e venire a chiedere i danni.
AWFUL! Car polished for a few months, after washing just arrived in the sun I realized that it looked like it came out of a treatment with sandpaper! FULL OF SCRATCHES and washing streaks! Scratches everywhere, hood, bumper, doors, sides. Also dried well and better, just outside it was dirty again, dripping everywhere. Interior with just a brushed with still visible dust.
I reserve the right to come back and ask for damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi forse sono leggermente più alti rispetto alla media (uno o due euro di differenza, quindi proprio poco) ma la macchina la puliscono decisamente bene dentro e fuori, la sanificano e la asciugano altrettanto con cura, cosa non scontata. Ovviamente, consigliato.
The prices are perhaps slightly higher than the average (one or two euros of difference, therefore just a little) but the machine cleans it very well inside and out, sanitizes it and dries it just as carefully, which is not obvious. Obviously, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho utilizzato il lavaggio auto per l'esterno e l'interno... devo dire che per un prezzo ragionevolissimo e concorrenziale per Torino mi hanno lavato bene gli interni...i tappetini come nuovi... ho spiegato che carico in auto la sedia a rotelle di mio marito e per disinfettare mi hanno passato un panno con ammoniaca... senza supplemento...poi si sono accorti e mi hanno avvisata che si era otturato il sistema di drenaggio delle acque esterne e quindi mi aveva bagnato l'interno dell'abitacolo lato passeggero... quindi con un supplemento significativo mi hanno sturato i sistema di drenaggio tolto il sedile la lana di vetro bagnata asciugato il pianale e ripristinato il tutto... ora nessun odore di muffa o rischio per l'impianto elettrico dell'auto... meno male che mi hanno avvisata!!!!
I used the car wash for the exterior and interior ... I must say that for a very reasonable and competitive price for Turin they washed the interior well ... the mats are as good as new ... I explained that I load the car into the car. my husband's wheelchair and to disinfect they passed me a cloth with ammonia ... at no extra charge ... then they realized and warned me that the drainage system of the external waters had become blocked and therefore I had wet the inside the passenger compartment ... so with a significant supplement I have uncorked the drainage system removed the seat the wet glass wool dried the floor and restored everything ... now no smell of mold or risk for the system electric car ... thank goodness they warned me !!!!
