★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a day trip to Otranto and decided to try Laltrobaffo. Nothing more to ask. It was a fantastic lunch, wonderful sea urchins pasta and sea bream pasta. Service was super, fresh and high quality ingredients. I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant serves local food prepared with a modern twist. We had the crudità di pesce first (salmon, purple shrimp, sepia, tuna) accompanied by marmelades. Main dish were the carbonara di ricci and the orechiette. We especially loved the carbonara... a very original taste that is hard to find outside puglia.
Very nice staff too. We recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food like home cooking - prices like from the list of recommended Michelin restaurants … waist of time and money… the restaurant is expected to eat something that you cannot do in home cooking ... but here I was in home cooking ... no surprise, no surprise or the cook's invention ... only surprising prices ... for example - orecchiette with herbs sauce but like pesto? - All i can buy in Lidl
… I was as an accompanying person ... the reservation was for a different person…
answers for „Boomer” comment - you don’t set any new trands… your menu is a proof of this …
