β β β β β This restaurant is a gem in Otranto. We went there two times during our stay in Salento. The location is beautiful as well as the service. Pasta and fish were fresh and very tasty - best food I had in Puglia. I canβt forget the great taste of the food. Will definitely return one day

β β β β β The orecchiette absorbed the flavor of the sea, complimentissima! The antipasto we chose sapori di mare with mussels, sword fish and fried squid, they were impeccable too! And thank you for the generous pour of rosato? We were so glad that we chose La Pignata! The highlight of our wonderful trip in Otranto!

β β β β β Centrally located and excellent service. The antipasti was beautifully cooked and presented. All 4 pastas and entrees we ordered were well cooked, but were overly salted to the point where they were a bit challenging to eat. Hope it was a one time issue.
