★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant and atmosphere; classy style. The Burrata was rather milky and not creamy. Main courses sound very sophisticated, we had delicious pasta with mushrooms and truffle. Truffle comes with almost all courses and is served nicely at the table. Large wine menu with huge variety. Prices are quite upscale, coperto is 3 Euro per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed by the food quality and portion (18 euros for 5 raviolis that were not incredibly tasty, we were not even able to finish the spaghetti). Service was not good as well. We have been waiting 40min to be attended and we had to ask 3 times to get water. Our orders didn’t come at the same time so we could eat at the same time due to long waking time. It has been long time being unhappy with restaurant. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off / Tiny food portions, big prices: We ordered tuna dish (not starter) for 20 EUR. We got a starter portion of 3 small bites. This place is a tourist rip off. Dont go there.

Literally almost every dish contains at least some white or black truffle, which can only be positive in my eyes. The taste, however, is not overdone. Everything is well balanced, fresh and delicious. Besides, the staff is very friendly.
The prices are a bit high but worth it in my opinion. Slightly outside the center Al Tartufo is probably one of the better restaurants in Otranto.
