In 6 giorni non sono riuscita a parlare con qualcuno del laboratorio analisi per prendere un appuntamento .
È inaccettabile, soprattutto in questo momento ,non rispondere al telefono dato che ogni prestazione sanitaria si svolge solo con appuntamento.
I phoned from Monday to Saturday, trying several times both in the morning and in the afternoon during the opening hours but the phone rang empty or was busy !!
In 6 days I was unable to speak to anyone in the laboratory to make an appointment.
It is unacceptable, especially at this time, not to answer the phone since every health service is carried out by appointment only.
