★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Prenotazione alle 7:30 e fuori c'era una fila di 2 ore. La signorina alla reception è stata veramente scorbutica.
Se prendete una Prenotazione perlomeno rispettatela e non fate passare avanti chi si presenta senza.
Bad. Booking at 7:30 and there was a 2 hour queue outside. The young lady at the reception was really grumpy.
If you take a Reservation at least respect it and do not let anyone who shows up without it pass by.

Esito del tampone in meno di un'ora e possibilità di effettuare test rapido antigenico con indice COI di III generazione. Facilità di parcheggio nel vicino Largo Plebiscito. Consigliato !
Excellent Analysis Center in the center of Corato: you will meet professionalism, seriousness and cordiality as soon as you cross the threshold. Swab results in less than an hour and the possibility of carrying out a rapid antigen test with a III generation COI index. Easy parking in the nearby Largo Plebiscito. Recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mattina mi sono recata al centro analisi per un prelievo. Ovviamente fuori ho trovato una lunga fila di persone che attendeva con il proprio numerino per potervi accedere. La signora alla reception ha cominciato a chiamare i numeri per l'accettazione in maniera ordinata e corretta. Qualcuno ha cominciato a creare confusione quando si è data giustamente, la precedenza ad una donna gravida e ad una persona con prenotazione. La signora ha cercato di rimettere ordine alla situazione per continuare il suo lavoro. Io non l'ho trovata assolutamente scortese e scorretta, ma direi molto paziente. Gestire ogni giorno un numero infinito di persone non è assolutamente facile. Ogni utente richiede tempo e attenzione e molto spesso per la fretta di terminare presto, si crea disagio a chi è lì a lavorare per noi. Io personalmente ho trovato professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia... Complimenti!!!
Yesterday morning I went to the analysis center for a sample. Obviously outside I found a long line of people waiting with their number to be able to access it. The lady at the reception began to call the numbers for acceptance in an orderly and correct manner. Someone began to create confusion when it was rightly given precedence to a pregnant woman and a person with a reservation. The lady tried to put the situation in order to continue her work. I did not find it absolutely rude and unfair, but I would say very patient. Managing an infinite number of people every day is by no means easy. Each user requires time and attention and very often because of the rush to finish early, it creates discomfort for those who are there to work for us. I personally have found professionalism, availability and courtesy ... Congratulations !!!
