★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Ho portato il cellulare per il cambio dell'altoparlante ma dopo la riparazione il problema sussiste, come non non avessero fatto niente.
Ovviamente ho pagato per ricevere nulla.
Bad. I brought the cell phone to change the loudspeaker but after the repair the problem subsists, like they didn't do anything.
Obviously I paid to receive nothing.

Sono riusciti a riparare il mio LG G7 in poco tempo, risolvendo un problema che neanche l'assistenza LG nazionale era stata in grado di risolvere. Un grazie davvero a chi svolge il proprio lavoro con passione e professionalità.
I have had the pleasure of using Telefonika's services on two occasions. I met very competent, serious and very kind people. They managed to repair my LG G7 in no time, solving a problem that even the national LG service was not able to solve. A real thanks to those who carry out their work with passion and professionalism.
