Brutta pubblicità per la Tim, che ho da quasi 30 anni!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto cambiare cellulare e dopo averlo comprato via internet, la micoSIM non entrava, perché predisposto per la NanoSim e ho dovuto cambiarla. In alcuni punti vendita tim non fanno questo tipo di lavoro e dopo una ricerca in internet, ho chiamato il negozio che però si è rifiutata di dirmi il prezzo. Sono andato e alla mia domanda come mai costasse € 20, lei mi ha aggredito verbalmente senza farmi finire di parlare, dicendomi che non era colpa sua e se mi stava bene era così, altrimenti lei non aveva tempo da perdere.
Molto scortese e a questo punto, mi chiedo se sia corretto lucrare su questo, da parte della tim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro assistenza multimarche, dopo aver aspettato 15 minuti che finisse di maltrattare i clienti al telefono, appena ha sentito che il contratto era stato fatto a telefono, ha aggredito verbalmente, sia me, che l'operatore che mi aveva consigliato un centro assistenza, quindi se volete un minimo di cortesia e umanità evitate di andare li.
Ps la loro policy di assistenza, o vero solo se fai il contratto con loro puoi avere assistenza è in netto contrasto con quanto prevede fastweb ed i principali operatori, e comunque dirlo in modo gentile dovrebbe essere il minimo
