Dava una scadenza e quando arrivava il fatidico giorno la sua scusa era sempre la stessa: non arriva l'ordine, e così per 20 e più giorni.
Alla fine ho cambiato centro assistenza e in soli
TRE giorni mi hanno sostituito LCD e restituito il telefono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto da ioRiparo con uno smartphone in condizioni disastrose in seguito ad un prolungato tuffo in mare... nonostante la difficoltà del caso, sono riusciti in tempi record a porvi un rimedio temporaneo che mi consentisse di recuperare tutti i file importanti, il tutto a costi molto più bassi di quanto non mi aspettassi.
Da notare che prima di loro mi ero rivolto ad un altro negozio della stessa città, che mi aveva fatto pagare 35€ senza portarmi ad avere il minimo risultato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il telefono di mia madre a riparare, il servizio è rapido ed il telefono è stato riparato. Ho apprezzato il fatto che non bisogna entrare nel negozio, ma i telefoni vengono ritirati tramite uno sportellino all'esterno.

Oltre a rimandare continuamente la data e l'orario della riparazione, nel accomodare la telecamera ha rotto il face id, segno di una incompetenza non indifferente. Una volta sostituito lo schermo rotto, dopo pochi giorni questo non funzionava più, chiedendo il parere di un altro tecnico ho scoperto che lo schermo montato era di scarsissima qualità e il face id era stato rotto proprio da lui, quindi oltre a non risolvere i problemi ne ha creati degli altri. Oltre a tutto questo, in nessuno dei due lavori ( ne quello alla telecamera ne quello allo schermo) è stato fatto scontrino o fattura. State alla larga, persone assolutamente non competenti e scorrette sotto ogni punto di vista.
