★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente di avere a che fare con Computer World di Senigallia, cura del cliente pressoché nulla. Attese fuori dalla norma (due settimane per cambiare una scheda madre da fonte esterna che, fossi stato io, avrei solamente sollecitato l'invio anche perché mi sono raccomandato che mi sarebbe servita al più presto per lavoro e se lo sapevo una scheda madre di 10 anni fa ricondizionata me la compravo su Amazon a meno di quanto mi ha chiesto, mi sarebbe arrivata in 1 giorno e avrei proceduto da solo), appena arrivata mi ha richiamato per pattuire un nuovo prezzo per il montaggio che non ho accettato e mi ha montato il pc a caso. Mi ha anche perso un molex specifico per una ventola led che se non mi ricompro il case non riuscirò a trovare più e la risposta appena sono arrivato al negozio (dopo averlo avvisato il giorno prima) è stata: "io nemmeno te l'ho cercato sinceramente", ha detto che lo avrebbe ritrovato ma evidentemente se ne sbatte. [EDIT] il signore mi aveva detto di volere 20 euro per il montaggio ma poi me ne ha chiesti altri 20, scusa se dici 20 è 20, sennò mi dici 40 fin dall'inizio. Accetta la recensione negativa e cerca di essere un po' più umile invece di darmi appellativi da bambinoni su WhatsApp, mi avessi chiesto scusa e ti fossi preoccupato un po' di più della cura di un tuo cliente questa recensione non l'avrei mai scritta, guarda caso il molex me l'ha trovato subito dopo la recensione. Buoni affari e tranquillo che i clienti come me vanno da altre parti.
I strongly advise against dealing with Computer World in Senigallia, almost no customer care. Waits outside the norm (two weeks to change a motherboard from an external source which, if it were me, I would only have requested the sending also because I recommended that I would need it as soon as possible for work and if I knew a motherboard of 10 years ago I bought it refurbished on Amazon less than what he asked me, it would have arrived in 1 day and I would have proceeded by myself), as soon as it arrived he called me back to agree on a new price for the assembly that I did not accept and he assembled me the pc at random. He also lost me a specific molex for a led fan that if I don't buy the case I won't be able to find anymore and the answer as soon as I arrived at the store (after having notified him the day before) was: "I didn't even look for it. honestly, "he said he would find him but obviously he doesn't give a damn. [EDIT] the gentleman told me he wanted 20 euros for the editing but then he asked me another 20, sorry if you say 20 is 20, otherwise you tell me 40 from the beginning. Accept the negative review and try to be a little humbler instead of giving me baby names on WhatsApp, if you apologized and you cared a little more about caring for your customer this review I would never have written, coincidentally the molex found it for me immediately after the review. Good business and quiet that customers like me go elsewhere.
