Ho dovuto effettuare il cambio interfacciandomi con personale non solo poco qualificato, ma arrogante e maleducato. Sono tornata indietro e mi hanno accolta per la prova del prodotto. Ho ricevuto piena disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia da parte del direttore e dell'addetto al reparto che mi ha dedicato molto tempo e attenzione. Il prodotto si è poi rivelato davvero un pacco, in negozio abbiamo constatato come le caratteristiche indicate dall'azienda erano completamente fuorvianti, ho sostituito la tv con altra marca (Samsung) sempre dietro consiglio e con assistenza dell'addetto del negozio e sono tornata a casa soddisfatta. Molto professionali e soprattutto attenti alle esigenze del cliente, non mi sono sentita abbandonata ma compresa. Hanno reso ottima una esperienza di acquisto che era partita davvero male, non a causa loro. Ovviamente i prossimi acquisti sempre qui!
