E' stata necessaria una certa attesa per ricevere i pezzi di cui avevo bisogno (per un frigo Smeg), ma la rarita' del modello e il fatto che vivo in Francia giustificano pienamente l'attesa. Consigliatissimi. Kind and quick to answer every question. It took some waiting to receive the parts I needed (for a Smeg fridge), but the rarity of the model and the fact that I live in France fully justify the wait. Highly recommended.

In pratica ho acquistato un cassetto congelatore tramite Amazon e mi sono accorto che non era conforme alle mie esigenze. Per cui ho subito effettuato il reso ed il pacco e pervenuto al signor RICCIARDELLI ROBERTO il 31/7/2019 il pacco risulta consegnato e firmato dallo stesso RICCIARDELLI ROBERTO il quale afferma di non aver ricevuto nulla e si ostina a non emettere il rimborso! Sono passati quasi 4 mesi e ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto nulla. State alla larga da questa gente perché basta vedere le simili recensioni! Questi sono abituati a lavorare in questo modo! Gli ho anche scritto tramite Amazon e mi ha risposto di non scrivergli più per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti! Vedete un po che gente! !!! Hello. Oltretutto ho avuto uno sconto come primo acquisto come cliente. La resistenza è identica all'originale . Sono molto soddisfatto. Precise and very fast I placed the order on Sunday evening for a resistance of an oven, not by going to Amazon, but directly from the Elettrogea website and I received the goods on Tuesday at 2.00 pm Furthermore, I had a discount as a first purchase as a customer. Il 9 giugno non avendo ancora ricevuto nulla ho provato a contattare l'azienda telefonicamente per più giorni e almeno un centinaio di volte ma il telefono ha sempre suonato a vuoto. Ho dovuto aprire un reclamo con pay pal e solo allora il venditore ha comunicato che il mio pacco era stato perso. Sempre grazie a pay pal sono riuscito ad ottenere il rimborso...se fosse stato per l'inesistente assistenza clienti sarei ancora al telefono ad attendere risposta. Attenzione!! P.S. rispondo a seguito della vergognosa replica del titolare che mette in dubbio quanto ho dichiarato: - L'ordine effettuato ha numero KEZCHQVCA ( sensore Lince 410 LESW euro 9,84+euro 4,09 di spedizione , tot euro 16,99) andate a verificare! - inutile è la vostra replica che non è supportata da alcun elemento in grado di confutare quanto da me scritto. - Volete che pubblichi tutte le mail che vi ho scritto tramite pay pal? Vi sputtanerei ulteriormente, non avete che da chiederlo. - non addebito alcuna colpa al corriere per la perdita del pacco, può succedere. Il problema è il vostro inesistente servizio clienti totalmente latitante. - Siete cosi efficenti che il web è pieno di clienti che si lamentano di non riuscire a parlarvi in quanto il telefono suona SEMPRE a vuoto, stendiamo un velo pietoso sull' assistenza via mail. - RIPETO: se non fosse stato per Pay Pal sarei ancora qui a cercare di essere rimborsato! La spedizione era prevista in 6-8 giorni lavorativi e non ostante la situazione ho ricevuto la scheda in 10 giorni. Su altri siti la spedizione era prevista in 25-30 giorni lavorativi. Complimenti a ELETTROGEA per la serietà e la rapidità nella spedizione. Sicuramente continuerò ad acquistare da questo fornitore. CONSIGLIATO I ordered a microprocessor board for a freezer in really difficult times for Covid 19. The shipment was expected in 6-8 working days and despite the situation I received the card in 10 days. Shipping to other sites was expected in 25-30 business days.
