C	C M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UK travellers - go elsewhere I booked two weeks in advance a PCR covid-19 test and they confirmed they would issue a letter in English with all details I sent them that are a requirement for the UK border. The day I picked up the results, some info were missing and they challenged me as of why UK border need this information, and also had the owner very rudely speaking to me in dialect saying I was unreasonable. The fact is they had all list of fields I sent them required to pass UK border and they confirmed they can do it, they charged €85 - when most providers are 60-65 for PCR test and I risked to get fined at UK border if I did not insist to add the required details. The only positive note was the nurse who arranged for the swab, very polite and professional and they have POS. My suggestion is that if you travel abroad pop to Bari, e.g. Ryanair's website has a list of providers that easily issue the certificate at lower price without hassle.
